Gingerbread's cake, Christmas cheer,
Sweet delight we hold so dear.
Spice and joy in every bite,
Makes the season merry and bright. Omg, you're so talented, and I love this show so much!! ❤
This is soooo sweet, i love this!!!
I've been bingeing all of your videos this weekend and i'm so glad another one just came out this looks os good!
HAIII! Welcome to my little corner of the internet
I love your videos, and the fact that you don't edit out the "oops!" moments. It shows the rest of us that even the pros have "off" moments, and that it's ok to have a perfectly imperfect product.
Your informal manner makes you highly relatable to all - except for the few with zero tolerance, for anything out of the norm. Like sitting on the counter, or the stove while melting chocolate.
Looks like a delectable cake, and I'm very happy it showed up in my inbox yesterday!
Thanks for all you & your team do, to get these recipes out to us!
This means so much to me! Baking is supposed to be fun and not serious! I hope you have a great holiday and I appreciate you.

Can I request longer videos? Like make allllll the things in one video lol 🙏🙏
could you do a crepe recipe please? i love crepes
This is next up on my Broma To Do list: Snickerdoodle Banana Bread done, Peppermint Brownies done.... Love my new hobby after retiring from the classroom. Are you using the 8 or 9 in cake pans?
I'd recommend 8-inch!
@@bromabakery Perham this info should be added to the instructions?
Thanks! Definitely looks like a keeper!
Hiii, I really want to make this but molasses is impossible to find where I live. Is there any way I can substitute it? Thank you
I’m not sure but brown sugar has molasses, maybe use all dark brown sugar instead of other sugar?
Hi! I’m seeing that the recipe says dark brown sugar, but you use light brown sugar in the video! Can you do either or?
Either option works!
Hi! I tried making this today and it did not go well... I noticed in the video you use light brown sugar but in the recipe on your website it says dark brown sugar (i used dark brown 🙈). I was also extremely confused with step 5. I followe it as best i could but then the next step said to split the batter into the pans... But it didnt have a step saying when to mix the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients and the order to do so... I just put the dry into the wet and mixed together...After baking for a while it came out and was extremely dark. I don't have a stand mixer only a hand held one. I'm not sure if that would make a huge difference...
Hi! I really appreciate your feedback on the blog post, let me take this back to the team and update it accordingly. You can use either dark brown or light brown. How'd it taste?
@@bromabakery honestly, it did not turn out at all. 🙈🙈🙈
@@bromabakeryit was extremely grainy and didn't look like yours at all. I tried to follow the recipe as best I could 😅
I noticed that the recipe you link to is different from what you show in the videos. Maybe it needs an update? For example here you say light brown sugar but the website says dark brown. It does make a huge difference in the end result. Ive also made your lemon cookies before and turned out really hard and crunchy instead of the soft and chewy ive seen on the short, ive followed your recipe to the T step by step. Just thought id let you know. Also, the baking time you list can be quite weird, you day 10 to 25 minutes for some recipes and that's quite the time gap!!
Thank you for the feedback. I'll take this back to the team.
“I feel a recipe is only a theme which an intelligent cook can play each time with a variation"
Am I blind? I can’t find the recipe.

Will this work GF, or will it be too dense?
I haven't personally tried it, but I think Bob's Redmill 1 to 1 baking flour would work!
