I was able to connect to my creator. We were hugging and I saw so many beautiful colors streaming around me and through me from Visualizing. I definitely had to relax my body a lot to get here, my jaw relaxing was met with some rapid movements that I allowed because of my understanding through somatic movement. I feel like I have made progress in my journey by allowing myself to experience these releasing movements that my otherwise logical mind would tell me to not allow for fear of how it might look. With understanding of allowing natural movements tho I have reached this new point in my meditation practice! I highly recommend somatic movements to anyone!
This is a great meditation. I did it before and I traveled straight into the vortex. I litterally saw shooting stars. Then I saw colored lights coming in and out flowing so smoothly. Next I saw a match light up and glow!! Never had this type of experience in meditation before. When I got out of the meditation it was 1:11 on the dot. AMAZING Experience. I haven't done another yet. I wanted to know what it was before meditating again. I know now. Thank you so much. You have the most soothing voice.

This is beautiful! It’s just that at some point during the meditation, I got a little scared when the voice started to talk again, after the silence where I was waiting for my answers. It got me out of the state, but fortunately I was able to go back into it and I guess it’s because the voice is so smooth and honey-like. Thank you!🌞🙏🏻💚
So when I asked for the spirit to put their hands above my head my cat jumped into my lap and I started crying for some reason. I don't even know why. I have been upset the past few days but I wasn't upset at the moment I wasn't even really thinking about being upset. I'm still at a loss of why that happened.
This is an old post so, not sure if it matters anymore, but I feel like you cried because your cat jumping in your lap was confirmation, it was a way that your angel manifested their presence physically for you, and all of a sudden, you were safe to release that upset and sadness.
Amazing meditation but while i was listening to it my dad started cutting the grass,my mom was on phone (loud talking) my brother was jumping on the stairs and then he was watching tv🙂👍🏻 but well still i met my spiritual guides and got answers for my questions and i feel a lot lighter now. My skin is smooth and i have new energy. I really recommend this meditation 🧘♀️💖
