Does ec council provide attacker machine in cpent exam? Or we have build our own?

They provide ilabs/CyberQ as well as practice range lab that mimics real world IT infrastructure. Additionally, you can also build your own virtual lab if want.

I mean in the exam? Since ec council saying we have to bring our own tools for the exam, I am bit confused on attacking machine. Not sure whether they provide kali or parrot just like ceh or we have use our own

You have to use your own and connect through their VPN file, use openvpn using your Kali or parrot terminal
