I have been watching your channel for who knows how long and this was by far my favorite video of yours but not for any particular triggers like one would expect, your few sprinkled in lines like "you are doing so well" have felt the most warm and genuine I have ever heard that I wanted to start crying
Great video! One idea I think I would like is just a friendly one where you see a friend who is struggling with negative thoughts and emotions and you try to give positive affirmations but you can see their negative thoughts floating around their head like word bubbles from comics. So as you give positive affirmations you pop or remove those negative thoughts with a lot of personal attention. Maybe playfully admonishing the friend to stop the negative thoughts but it’s playful in a loving way. I hope I’m making sense I’ve just been wanting to see something like this for awhile.
This is my favourite one so far! Would love an "aura plucking" style one!

It reminds me of when we go get our eye exams except yours is fun. I love the warm visual tone of this video. Glad my eyes aren't that bad lol. Anna, this is amazing. I love the light triggers, I love anything to do with crystals, and your combining them is pure heaven! The light through the mist at the end was relaxing as well. This video reminds me of an ASMR artist that I use to watch before I discovered Anna, and her name is Luna Bloom; specifically the instructions to the audience to do certain things and then asking certain questions.

Loved this video although I was listening with earbuds and I found the deliberate sounds very tingly but the auto focus sound of your camera was a little distracting. I've not noticed it in other videos of yours before
