- Timeless session designed to help you remove negative thoughts, unblock creativity, raise your vibration, boost immune system and more. We will relax both hemispheres of the brain for you to reset your nervous system and stimulate the vagus nerve which is responsible for regulating many internal aspects of the human body and mind.
It is so lovely for you to join for this session. I'm Sarah aka Dr Energy Flow. I am a Reiki Master and I have studied sound healing with pioneers in the energy healing field. I use the relaxing ASMR powers to help you get into a theta state which is the portal to receiving deep healing. This is real distant healing session aiming to help your subconscious mind unblock stagnant thoughts or energy so that you can expand in wonderful ways. It is not a role play session. You might get fall into deep relaxation, you might surrender and let go of painful thoughts, you might feel lighter, more creative, at peace or feel tears shed as you let go of pain. This is a time for you to hold space for yourself as I hold space for you so you can feel better in yourself and with yourself.
These sessions are always intuitive and the goal is to reach and facilitate healing for the collective. This session includes a smudge cleanse, crystal singing bowls, some gong vibrations, bio resonance, reiki, soft spoken asmr and various alternative healing modalities.
Each session is different and as your energy shifts daily, we cannot know in advance what you will experience. You may experience warmth, laughter, deep meditation or a whole spectrum of feelings. I invite you to let go and see what flows through your system. If you fall asleep, your subconscious mind will absorb the healing vibrations. I hope you benefit massively from this session. Indeed…. Until i have 1K followers AND 4000 hours of watchtime, I cannot do anything about it unfortunately. It’s the way YT works … I need to prove there is value and a following for my channel to stop the mid run ads… but once I reach that stage, I will have more control over this. I hope you can still appreciate the dedication I’ve put into each video!

So glad you enjoyed. My hair is actually dark but I’ve played around with various effects while editing to create atmosphere including green hues haha. My videos have different ambiences. Hope you enjoy more and they feel healing in time
