A thousand thanks you my AVG anti virus kept blocking burst but in my case it was because I was updating my unity project to a new version of the unity editor once put in that package link I had to restart the editor and burst download from the bottom right appeared for a few seconds and it all just worked no error the only annoying thing is that i had to do that for another project as well it only works for the current project but that's a very small price to pay then dealing with that error message and AVG going crazy.

Hi. Thanks for your good information. But I still have a issue. I wrote the link and clicked 'add' button, but I can see only the loading scene ('Please wait, installing a package...'). I waited for it about for 20 mins, but adding the package was not finished. Do you know about the reason?
I have issues with HD rendering package, it complains that my project was using an older verision, and I can seem to fix it . because it crashes because out of memory since it want to reimport all materials.

hey man i am a beginner in unity and this is the error that pops assertion failed on expression 'succeeded(hr)' should i do your trick to solve it cuz even i clear this from log it gets clear and the red error is gone without using your method,is the problem still inside?
It was some kind of a problem between this package and a package called ML Agents ... I was actually online but i still got this error ... I went ahead and deleted all the cached packages in unity folder ... made a new project ... No more errors ... Tried to add the ml agants ... Can't be added ... Closed and opened couple of time ... Pressed some buttons here and there ... And then it worked Thanks for the replay though
It still doesnt work for me. im using version 2022.3.16f1. i cant even add the other version of burst, i get the error ( Error adding package: com.unity.burst@1.7 ) what should i do

which version have you tried installing? the video is pretty old at this point so there might be a newer package version out that you can use

How do i fix the type or namespace scrollbar could not be found?
depending on your IDE, you can click on the word with the red squiggly underline and press alt+enter and import the proper namespace

nothing works for me and it asks me for other things in package manager but it doesnt work
perhaps try updating to the latest 2021 LTS? what other errors do you have

@@adelAKAdude yeah, you just need to be online so packages can be downloaded while you load the project. I was doing it offline so i wasn't even aware

I found 2022.16 to be buggy, I downgraded to 2022.12 and it seems okay so far
