Esther also would have not been allowed by the Lord to be Queen as she married an unbeliever, the King. Lets make sure we read word fully. It may not be beneficial to marry and unbeliever but permissible yes. The word states: "The unbelieving husband is covered by the believing wife and the unbelieving wife is covered by the believing husband." It does not mean it is easy. Nor mean seek it out. But it is not contrary to the word to do so.

This has been my toil as of late, based on that exact story...God arranged Esther with a man of influence that allowed her to be in position to save her people. She had favor in his eyes. I believe through this the King came to honor God. This to me, is beautiful and a true depiction of God's mercy and grace, how He loves the church. I've dated mainly men from church, and that did much more damage quite frankly. I feel jaded towards dating because I don't know what's proper or not. I've been seeing a man as of late that is not at all a Christian, but his family (his sister is my best friend) is truly blessed and I have comfort if it would to move forward. I'm torn because I imagine my church (where I'm a leader at in many capacities) would not condone this. To wrap this up, it's tiring because there's disappointment from all directions
It is a sin to knowingly marry an unbeliever. Period. Your punishment will be dealing with that decision and potentially and very likely walking away from Jesus not to mention watching your children deny the living God. It will be a decision you would regret.

IT IS A SIN. What is sin? To go against God’s laws/precepts/commandments. DISOBEDIENCE IS SIN. He says DO NOT be unequally you, therefore, if you do so you’ve disobeyed Him. In other words, YOU SINNED. I’ve paid dearly for marrying a man who is not a believer in the Lord Jesus, who is the Christ. Yes it is a sin. To even date, entertain or fraternize with the unbelievers is a sin.. just think about all the unknowing and knowing sin you are doing while dating fraternizing or entertaining an unbeliever.

At times, being unequal may work, but it's the mindset, heart, and fellowship to be respectful to one another, and he or she doesn't sin and step outside the marriage. This is not what God wants us to be unequally yoke because it can have a horrible effect on people depending on the person lifestyle that he or she brings. I've seen the effects that happened to a person who married and unequally yoke man , now she is so broken and walk with a cane and Spoken too like she's not worth nothing from beginning and still to this day.
People are ignoring this Bible verse and immediately saying its a sin when it is not. God prefers not to be unequally yolked because it COULD lead the believer away from God HOWEVER not always. 1 Corinthians 7 14-15 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy. [15] But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace. Again it is not a sin. Some of us believer are strong in out faith enough NOT to go away from God no matter what our spouse says and sometimes can even lead our spouse to salvation. God bless you❤️
