Hey in case you haven’t beaten Elius yet
Use dual flintlocks and spam rapid fire (I saw your a conjurer so you should have it)
It drains his health crazy fast

Where can I get the duel flintlocks?

@ usually from chests or assuming you have your three hours in the game you can trade for them
