This video is friggin’ fantastic. I wanted to cry as I have this amazing pair of vintage Guess denim jeans I want to DIY. I’m new to sewing. Can this work on a narrow leg jean where you can add more fabric but it doesn’t change the overall shape too drastically?

The skirt-Jean combo is amazing
I'm trying to flip a dress into a romper but there isn't enough fabric for the shorts so I think I'm gonna use the skirt idea and add a tiered white section on the sides from a curtain! Thanks for the push to just try it.
