Front turn signal/parking lamps on backwards. I ,too, restored the 3 blade fan on my 1963 B.. then I put it in a box on the shelf and installed a plastic, yellow, seven blade fan. No more fear of the three blade dislodging and going through the bonnet. Equally important, and the original objective, much improved cooling and less noise and lower weight.
I’ve seen many conflicting photos on the internet regarding the turn/park lamps. I decided to leave as is as this is how it was installed when I bought the car. I suspect your comment is correct though. Also so far I have had no overheating problems. Cheers.
