Also flash a light from bottom at the back of the TV and see which of the 3 locking mechanism you might have. The screwing type, pull string or locking bar.

Great video and very helpful. One quick question-I cannot see the safety screws, so how do I find them to loosen (I had an installer put this on my wall). I have a 22" screwdriver, but no luck in finding them "blind". Thanks!

This is a common problem. Seen before and can be hard.
I would clear up the space under the TV, sit at the bottom of the TV and shine a flash light from underneath. While shining the light, pull the bottom of the TV away from the wall so you can get a better glimpse of what is holding the TV back. There could be crews or a pull string. DOnt worry about pulling the bottom part of the tv away from the wall as it will not fall. just do not lift it up until when you are ready to unhook it.
This would be the best view for you to determine what screw is holding it back.
