It's all well and good you showing us how to service the damper, but it's impossible to get the tooling to do so. Not sure about the rest of the world, but that's the case here in the UK. I want to be able to change the oil in the damper for a slightly thinner wt as its too thick for the winter and just feels solid! Unless there's another way of bleeding, this is impossible.
How come you do not build the compression side first, fill the cart up with oil then install the rebound end, flip it over and do a final bleed on the cart?
