Nice. Thanks for posting, as a service center I know most people don´t buy other brands (rather than RS or Fx) mainly because they can´t service them anywhere. But public instructions and videos make it easy for us "local shops" to service whatever people buy.

It's all well and good you showing us how to service the damper, but it's impossible to get the tooling to do so. Not sure about the rest of the world, but that's the case here in the UK. I want to be able to change the oil in the damper for a slightly thinner wt as its too thick for the winter and just feels solid! Unless there's another way of bleeding, this is impossible.

Can you adjust the air pressure on this dropper post? My wife's post is far too difficult for her to compress as she is quite light. I cannot find the manual online as the X Fusion website appears to be down...

Great video came across it after my dropper seat post became stiff and stuck. I also had the problem undoing the top as the shaft kept on spinning. Ended cleaning and greasing the inner cylinder from the bottom after removing the cover. This partial service surprisingly had a great result keeping my dropper seat post smooth for another 12 months until the first wet ride at the begging of this winter. So now done it for the second time. No problems at all. Save me time and money using simple tools no need for any replacement parts.

I was able to get the main seal off by running it under boiling water, then quenching it with cold water. Then I placed the post back in the bike and tightened the seat post clamp on the bike. I then used a rubber adjustable spanner and a quick twist. It loosened right up.

When will theses be available?

One year old @xfusionshox1999 Manic. Despite regular cleaning and greasing, the bushings have worn out the dropper stanchion. Also grease was dripping from the bottom of dropper post in the bike frame. Construction fault? Retailer in the Benelux sais it's no warranty. Bad product!?!

I have a problem with my Xfusion slide boost34 rc 29 fork as the cartridge damper is tilted towards the inner wall of the stanchion tube, and I am finding it very difficult to get help in fixing it. I have recently ordered latest version of MarinRiftzone which has issue in the XFusion fork. How come you do not build the compression side first, fill the cart up with oil then install the rebound end, flip it over and do a final bleed on the cart?

I had an X Fusion shock on my bike and replaced the X Fusion sticker with a Fox sticker. The shock works so much better now. Thanks X Fusion.

Manuals that come with this are absolute crap.

DO NOT tighten down that top nut past contact. If it doesn't want to come back off, you will have to shave it down with a Dremel tool next time you service the post. And then you need a new cartridge, as one must also shave down the nub it threads onto.
