David Lucas was born in Macon, GA. He started acting an early age, performing in numerous stage plays at the Macon Little Theatre. He relocated to Hollywood where he was a contestant on, “MTV Yo Momma”. He has since written for several television shows and continues to perform stand up all over the country (for such comedians as Louis CK, Erik Griffin, Joe Rogan, Brendan Schaub, Tony Hinchcliffe, Bert Kreisher, DL Hughley and many more) He is a regular on Kill Tony. When I say trauma I mean them turning whatever was negative and repetitive into something memorable an positive for them to use on stage or to entertain in general. You've gotta see the pits before you joke to the heavens

One of the best parts about all this is if you know Tony, he’s actually a killer roaster but he never tries to out shine David. He gives just enough to keep it funny and let it keep going. But both of them are top tier roasters!

D Lucas is proof that KillTony’s concept is a success. David’s internationally selling out dates & I don’t think we’d know of him without this show…Hans Kim, too. KillTony is an incubator for new comics & a killing floor for those that learn the hard way that they aren’t good.

He has created the context whereby truly funny people such as David Lucas can attain success...because it ain't gonna happen on late-night TV. David could do a dozen Tonight Shows, and the needle would not move...
