I actually had the same project. Teal color, hood front bumper and 1 fender / 1 door black. I waited and hunted Craigslist for a part out and took all body parts I needed.. It ended up the cleanest Teal hatch around for 800...
Swapped a ZC into my 90 hatch after 400k. Put an Ebay exhaust on it which sounded like shit, so I cut it up and put glass packs instead of the muffler and the resonator. Added a Sunk 2 intake with the 70 mm throttle body and aftermarket coil overs. Now it's sluggish on the bottom end but screams on the top. Still a work in progress.
I remember driving one not the SI was the 1.4 GL with 90 hp and first thought damn this is light it felt it had way more power , i love cars any car and this was a outstanding formula , I had no idea until I drove it and damn that's why people love Hondas so much, the SI is cool 😎
Car looks great guys (both before and even better after)! MPC does good work and pairing with HSG Mark just means this thing is gonna be dope👍Those pulls at the end lol
Some people utilize our drop forks not to lower their car, but to lower their car, but raise their coilovers. We wanted better ride quality so decided to achieve that, this was the best route.
I'm currently having clearance issues with the front drop forks on a B18A1 swapped EF sedan. The flat side of the fork is rubbing against the axle boot. The forks are installed in the correct side and I didn't have this issue with the oem forks. What could be the issue?
Why did this honda need drop forks when it's already so low? I am wonderin what to do for my 1990 Honda civic. I lowered it on coils and the back is tucking and the front has a huge gap

Always cut away from yourself. Love the video. The first wheels look better I think .

Nice!!!
I just picked up a 90 EF hatch Si that needs a complete makeover, looking forward to getting started!

I find it hard you paid 400 for it. A good clean shell is nearly $700-1.2k and a running decent EF is usually 2-3k...
Excellent on you guys. One of the best civic hatches

Same hatch I have color and year good stuff guys
So you installed drop forks and drop Control arms to raise the car????

Nice ride fellas; I got 3rd gen prelude seats in my EF as well.
I paid double the money for half the car!! 😭 what a deal!
We got lucky!!
Only in the world of youtube is this a $400 car.
Great job guys and I always commitment the decent background music as opposed to the foul mouth crap so many videos like this use these days.

Why do the lower control arms? Anything wrong with teh stock ones? Being slammed nobody will see them. So. ?
ABSOLUTELY Magnificent
Thanks!
Can you use the drop kit for stock suspension?
Nice! Need to save some money for some MPC parts.

Probably in the minority but ilike those wheels you put on. I thought this being a 1990-1991 it came with body colour mouldings.
Thanks!
Loving the content
SSR Type X wheels 👍🏾
You guys couldn't add parts to a more original local ef who has had it 14 years now?
Where in Knoxville is this taking place lol I love in strawplains
We are out in Karns!
I wish this car was for sale
Wow sweet deal how did u pull that off for $400?
Luck was on our side.
Make a rear lower brace with sway bar
We’ve talked about it. Nothing official though.
Shit i just picked up an si hatch for free shells great
Alright, now how much u guys want for it?! 😁
Sadly, it’s already gone. 😩
@@HUNDREDPROOFOFFICIALxMPC dammit! 🤦🏽♂️😭
Should have kept the wheels it had.
We really just wanted to change it up.
@@HUNDREDPROOFOFFICIALxMPC Sometimes that's what you have to do
Look lower befor the drop forks 🤦🏻♂️
We used the drop forks to be able to stay low and raise the coilovers a bit so they have more travel and are more efficient.
