When you guys were cranking the car with no computer I thought I heard the timing belt slapping around maybe it's not tight enough but then when it started with the ECU the knocking sound went away.
I like the "zebra gum pack" style valve cover. You need to get some YCP high comp pistons for that bad boy next. They are like $130 for a set and bump the c/r into the 11s
You prolly dont care but if you guys are bored like me during the covid times you can watch pretty much all the new movies on InstaFlixxer. I've been streaming with my gf these days =)

I have a 98 civic coupe with the d16y8. Ive had it sitting for a year since its my project. It runs but i think its leaking oil and it kinda grinds going into 3rd gear. So I was wondering how much would a swap like that cost? Was it worth it? Would you of wanted a different motor in there? Any problems after a month after this video has been posted ?
What would need to be done different if this had a D block in it originally. I'm trying to do this same thing but my civic came with the D series motor

Can you tell me what size bolts you use to bolt up the engine onto the engine stand?

So you’re using obd1 harness from eg and obd1 p75? What motor are you using cause when I look for b20 idk which one is obd1 or obd2
Is it necessary to run a catch can?? Also are they obd1 injectors?
A catch can is not necessary, but Justin opted for one as he may do a small turbo setup down the road. And yes, we are using OBD1 injectors

Do you have clearance issues with the header? I have test pipes and on stock height and they scrape a lot :(
Not really. We did use an aftermarket header though.

You can use any 94-01 Integra 5 speed linkage!
Is it still running good on the stock p75? I’m doing the same swap and have heard it can run lean.
