To say that I did the backups and restores in the same way, but today I tried to restore 2 new touches and when they entered the rebooting process to run the entered program, they were frozen on the start screen (where it is written Smart Line as background ) , it does not even give you the option to enter the menu . . I wanted to ask you if this situation has happened to you and how to get them out of this frozen state, I have turned it off and on constantly and now it only remains frozen at the beginning
I done the same dowload procesure . Woking hmi in english , then i restore through another then it is coming in chinees languange , any solution please suggest me.

New HMI not detected USB, formated with FAT32 but not worked. USB is OK. Also preveiously took backup with same USB from old 700 HMI. Kindly share if any idea

What is this back up file, is it OS of HMI or application program like automation industry plant program?
