I followed your stepts exactly but nothing. are there settings on my computer in the control panel under the SET PG/PC interface tab that I need to change and if so to what? Also, in the Control Panel submenu of the HMI, are there any settings I need to check or change under the S7- Transfer settings icon? Thank you.

does this works only for windows XP os
Prosave can work for any windows OS. It has its own versions for both Win Xp and Win 10.
I have issue with communication with PLC and HMI with PC is it because of the OS?
Check Communication interface. Do proper settings for DIP switches on the back side of Touch panel. Check PG PC interface as well.
