What I notice the most in your videos is that you seem to be an awesome and chill human, and the funny thing is, both of the gaffers you worked with in this video also give off a similar vibe. A real dream team for any client. Of course the fact that your talent is 10/10 level and you deliver top quality results help too. lol
Man, love u showing the raw footage of how u work, it helps me, as a documentary filmmaker, to visualise how i can direct crew in production in the future! Keep it up, much love~❤
I just read your music bed article and it resonates with me and I could t help but go on your channel man you're amazing I also want to be a cinematographer to lol so I'm doing my best to and this helped understand more God bless you, your work, effort and family ❤
Love the content - been a fan for some time. I think you should tweak the settings on your mic though, the audio seems to be distorted in recent videos.
Broski I almost felt like I was watching a video of some of my personal interactions😂 loved the way when you guys ran into problems and legitimately only talked about solutions and possibilities. I know sometimes is can go the opposite way and it was fun to see these interactions. Thanks for sharing big man
Love these bts’-Thanks for making them! Great to also hear from Gaffers like Jean Carlos & Jason Penza. Awesome insights & communication between you all. Question: I loved the unique red light flair you have at 6:52 . How did you achieve that?
Thanks for the behind the scenes look! It's super cool to see how you create such a calm vibe on set. I also love the lensing-would you mind sharing which lenses and filters you used?
I was gonna say how you said you didn't want flare through out the interview and then I thought you should just add the flare for the portrait or intro of the interview while the camera is swinging on a slider that would be a nice intro and then switch it off. But then I saw you did it for the second interview in the house so nevermind haha godo job Bro well done
Hey there! what tripod do you own for your venice? Do you own the oconner, or do you have something smaller, and then rent something larger when you're on jobs that need one?
@@carlostigs Thanks! I've got an F55, and currently borrow/rent something when I need it, but wanted to pick something up that could support it and wouldn't break the bank.
As a DP, I love hearing the conversations between you and the gaffer / grips. Very helpful!! And insightful!

Question: I loved the unique red light flair you have at 6:52 . How did you achieve that?
Those are the lens! Canon Rangefinders. But we had a light near the lens so it would flare up
Thanks for the behind the scenes look! It's super cool to see how you create such a calm vibe on set. I also love the lensing-would you mind sharing which lenses and filters you used?
I think he used some vintage Rehousings from GL optics.
For Bronx I used Tokinda Vista Prime with 1/4 BS For LA I used Canon Rangefinders
