Sugar (White Gold) Long Term Bulk Storage

This is how we store sugar in our food pantry. This also works for long term bulk food storage. Sugar lasts for years like this as long as it's kept dry and the bugs can't get to it. You can also freeze the entire bucket for 10 days to ensure that any possible bug eggs from the packaging company are killed off.
