Battlefield 1: How to repair a Behemoth

The Char2c is epic. (for more info about this open description)
Basically a tanker with the convoy perk can repair behemoths (Char2c, Armored Train, Dreadnought (using a boat or destroyer) and technically the Airship) while self-repairing next to them in order to keep them alive for the whole match.
Found this bug randomly when some person self-repaired his tank while I was using the Char2c.

Do you simply stop pressing X before it's done repairing ypu tank and stills repairs the behemoth?

Indeed. Just don't let the self repair ever finish and the perk will keep repairing the behemoth. The way the perk works is it repairs nearby vehicles *during* your self repair, not after finishing it. Exactly like a support with a repair tool and at the same speed, except it also repairs behemoths.
