It turns out this amp blew away almost all the other mini amps in the shootout, especially the highly-vaunted Boss Kitana. I'm not looking for an extensive EQ control on any amp under 50 watts.

I'm only a little ways into the vid, but for a tiny, cheap, Chinese made amp it's got some serious lower end. Lets see what else it's got. I'm quite impressed. For not too much more they could have included FX. I see they went mono with a bigger speaker for the sound quality, but for me.....I have 2 ears, and stereo has been a thing since the 50's. I'm presently making a tiny little 2.5" stereo cabinet with a Lekato headphone amp into a TPA 3110 amp board for a portable unit.. If this was stereo with FX i'd be all over it like a fat kid on a Smartie.
Having said all that, you could actually record with this!

10W do the job. But. Why they don't put the reverb on it?
In other words: how can I use it on the street with reverb? Serious question.

You would need a battery powered reverb pedal for that!

@@MadebyMiike I was writting and my keyboard isn't bad , but special ...
It was a long message ...Grrr
I'm gonna try to make it short , i own the Joyo , good with pedals , i have a Zoom multi effects ,now it can be used for something else but its tuner : on a tube amp maybe you can use its little wah wah , you know : digital effects and tube amp : sacrilege ...
The Joyo is a good portable speaker too , its AUX in is WAY better than the Blackstar HT1R , a little one watt tube amp with bigger speaker ...
I didn't know the Yuer and you won't tell me if it's a Joyo with bluetooth , or better , will you ?
You need subscribers , you have plenty of content ,many good videos , not enough suscribers ....
I have ONE suscriber ( yes yes i do lol ) and one of the most horrible video you can find on UA-cam : a guy not trained at all , playing some blues to prove to a cool Canadian old bluesman he is chatting with that he's not a mythomaniac ; you never know , he didn't ask , i've recorded three videos , and sent the less atrocious , you can see my fingers sticking to the strings , i catch up , but still , it's repetitive , of course i can play better , i simply don't train like i did years ago , one day i've played 17 hours , standing , i played a little bit professionally at the time , and some pros i've played with never saw i only knew the minor pentatonic scale : lol ....

Sounded pretty good through UA-cam. Would it be possible in your shoot out results to mention whether the amps take pedals well or not? I'm thinking about the Blackstar Debut 10e 10w amp....seemingly takes pedals very well but is not on your current shootout list. Cheers

Do you think its good for playing metal on a budget and does it sound good when using a pedal?

Hi Mike , logically you should have more suscribers AFTER your mini amps shootout video ,i hope you are fine anyway ...
Maybe you should call this yet to come video " David Fincher's mini amp shootout " lol ...^^

Really think this Mini-Amp sounds crappy? Out of curiosity, which MIni-Amp sounds better?
And, last question: you really think someone paid me to say that?? 🤣🤣🤣
