Thank you so much for the tips! Perfect timing! I am (hopefully) making a tote bag for my stepmom for Christmas. I only have one that came in a sublimation kit, so hopefully I will get it right the first time! 😁
Hi, Angie..... thanks for another great video! Where can I buy the very cute scissors you have in the video? I don't see them in your supplies list....
Hello, Angie H! I am trying to sublimate on polyester tote bags, but my images are not coming out as crisp. I have the Epson Ecotank and recently bought the Epson ET1000. Could you please give me detailed instructions on how to set up my ET1000 for better images? I am using A Sub ink and transfer paper. I’ve downloaded the ICC profile, but I noticed when I go to color management on my laptop, it’s reverting back to the default every time I add it. I’m also using photoshop. Any help with setting that up for better images will be greatly appreciated. Thank you…TIE J
Ok, I will do that. One more question, what is the best laptop I can use. I currently have an older model Asus. Could an old laptop contribute to mediocre images? Thank you.
@@Tie-ts7zl A laptop won't contribute to image quality, it'll just print what you tell it to print. If you ever "upsize" an image, it will lose fidelity and become blurry, try to avoid making any images larger than they are natively
The problem I am running into with the polyester bag is that they are too thin and flimsy to sell. If anyone knows of thicker ones, please share, thanks.

Good luck!
I just used these same settings for placemats, worked great! Thank you!
Awesome!
Thanks! I always appreciate your videos and how you teach 🙂
Thanks for the great tutorial. Love the cute sleeping fox, very cute.
Thank you! 😊
love it helped me save lots of tote bags 🤣
Very useful! thank you for this video
Glad it was helpful!
Use the Teflon pillows. Cardboard will leave the corrugated lines in the fabric.

It should work fine with that heat press.
Hi Angie! I absolutely love all your videos. Conde (Dyetrans) is no longer in business. :( Any other recommendations for places to purchase blanks?
Yep! Try Heat Transfer Warehouse or Heat Press Nation!
Hi Angie. What temp and time did you use on the tote with the black band? Ty
I think 385 for 55.
Where did you get the heat resistant foam to put in between?
Heat Press Nation carries it!
Going to make a couple today love 💕
How did you get your design for the tote? Did you print it out on regular or sublimation paper? This is my first time and not sure how to start. Thanks
I printing on sublimation paper with sublimation ink from a sublimation printer.
My designs on cotton bags are turning out faded :( plz help.. I'm using 360 C and 40 seconds press
You need polyester in order to use sublimation. Get bags with at least 65% polyester content for best results.
what is the name of the company you bought the bags from?
I linked to the ones I bought in the description below the video.

A profile will not make the images more crisp. Try doing a print head alignment.

I tried 100% polyster small pouches, and they absorbed the ink, and they r burned, turning to light yellow, do u have any advice?
I would use less heat and be sure to cover the entire thing with butcher paper. Sounds like you are burning the fabric.
I cannotfindthe book one???

The black bottom one is really thick and nice!
@AngieHolden Thanks, Angie. I need all natural, but maybe that company has some. I will check. Thanks!
Is heat paper butcher paper or parchment paper?
Also can you reuse the paper?
You can reuse as long as you don't get any ink on it. Protective paper information here: ua-cam.com/video/zrERc-9RzGE/v-deo.html
