the ball throwing in the beginning is a training method. in the actual game, the ball is thrown in between players from both team and the players go up in the air to compete for the ball this is all just training methods and players just messing around
If you have ever passed a rugby ball before u will notice u can’t just use your arms it’s too heavy and ur pass will be too slow and have no power gotta use your whole body
Plus these a training methods to help in game….it’s not actually how your play rugby we don’t sit there all game thing to hit the crossbar and basketball pass to eachother

Sorry - didn't copy across - FdK is 1.7 m (5 ft 7 in) and CK is 1.71 m (5 ft 71⁄2 in). Both are 180lb (80kgs, 12 st 8 lb)
