I know this is kinda weird but the biggest takeaway I ever get with your videos Andrew is just to keep on truckin. You don’t make a big deal about things breaking or going wrong. It’s almost as if you expect it. I admire your ability to keep cool when life throws you a curveball. Keep it up!
Hey Andrew I excited to get two videos in the same week I got my cup of coffee I watch all your videos I really enjoyed and look forward for your videos work safe 😊
Yup, just like on farms and large construction sites that have trailerable fuel tenders. At the least they have elevated fuel tanks on site, but to have that mobile ability really helps the efficiency and the process. Plus in upset New York if you're not driving on the roadways you buy the home heating diesel which is for cheaper for all your equipment which doesn't have the taxes of the diesel for the highways. Same fuel different colors different uses and different taxes.
The fuel truck came from my buddy's dad's place here in Torrington CT. Marola Motors, an International dealership. It's now a Freight liner or something.. Actually, the name was on the mud flap... maybe they purchased the flaps there.. Ha Ha
Now you just need another conveyor belt and you can have the oversized gravel feed the crusher, and the crusher out gets taken back to the sorter hopper. Then you automatically reduce your oversized gravel into the lower sizes.
After all these years Andrew is still delivering excellent content. When I started watching, his videos didn't have any ads; wasn't monetized, even though he had the subscriber numbers to be paid. He said he gets offers to sponsor all the time. Doesn't appear to take up many of those offers. All the better for his regular viewers. This is what he cares about, delivering the goods. Breakdowns are seen as an opportunity to provide some interesting content. The acquisition of new equipment, another opportunity to provide you and me interesting content. Some time ago, people complained a bit about the sound track over the video. Folks wanted to hear the sounds of the heavy machinery. Andrew came on and said he would cut out the sound track when the equipment was making good sounds. That's why there's not always a soundtrack, except for like when it's a timelapse. He goes that extra mile all the time to give to the viewer something worth their time to watch. One of my favorites was when he bought some crazy huge machine and it broke down. He was saying he was going to try to fix it. All the "experts" sounded off, saying he could not fix that because it's complicated and he doesn't have the specialized tools required, and he better call Caterpillar to send techs out to fix it. He fixed it.
Two Andrew videos this week. Just like Christmas. I like the closing conversation -" I rented this and like it. I think I may buy it but have to watch what I spend (???)" And, then he drops, I bought a excavator this week. You're my hero.
By the sounds of his verdict on the gravel sizes and amounts he needs another crusher too, something sized between what he already has and that little thing from the last video by the looks?
This is what I enjoy about his videos, get to the point, no bull, no sponsor ads, just doing his thing. Most UA-camr's out there say, make sure to press the thumbs up button it helps the channel and while you're at it pick up one of our shirts or hats that helps too. If you have good interesting content, the channel will do well.
@gramof5396, I know why you enjoy watching Andrew's videos, we men are enjoying watching too. Your just fine being an old woman. I'm an old man and to love the excitement. Andrew, like others, has said it all. He just keeps on ticking no matter the problem. It's good your enjoying the camaraderie we all experience. Have a good day. 👍 ❤️🫠

@KarenL-qt7dy I know how you feel .I'm 78 and feel my days are getting to be numbered, just diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica and having trouble holding a remote for tv. So in any of Andrew's videos it gives me the chance to watch him and others show the world what they are made of. A mind of technology. A far cry from 57 chev. 50-60s was a learning curve, wouldn't you say. Wow, to be young again. Do you remember the days of am radio, do you remember the highlights of reverbs for your radio where it gave you a twang in the sounds before fm came along. Everyone had to have it to listen to. Then, fm stereo came along. To much to handle. Look at today. Nothing is impossible. Shoot for the moon or Mars. Or for us oldtimers a hand held cell phone with internet. Yes it's a great thing. Oh yea I bet Andrew wished Sam was there to help, never seen a woman want to help as much as she did, I can't understand the nose ring, though .
Andrew, I used to deliver heating oil, When you roll the hose up hold it with a dirty rag and it will slide like butter through your hands. It also cleans the heavy crap off the hose. Awesome video, once again!
I still see the little boy and his sister riding the 3 wheeler Yamaha. My gosh I’ve watched him grow up and the funny thing is I’ve never met him and doubt I ever will. We have emailed a few times and shared some tough times when our Labs passed weeks from each other but I feel he’s like family.
Gotta watch how much money I spend, I bought an excavator today too lol. Only from AC. I found this man looking for a design program. He was designing the castle house at that time. I believe it was jus 2 containers with a parapet around the top when I was first watched. Keep it up good sir.
With bigger crusher and feeder you can place a hopper at the end of the over size pile and circulate it back to the crusher or place crusher at end of over size conveyor then looping back around to come to the screen again which is what we did . feeder hopper chain into first crusher into first screen deck then oversize went to second crusher, then through second screen deck
Looked like first feed belt into screener cold be slowed down a bit a looked like a lot of small stuff was skating over the screen on top of the big stuff. Your idea to crush and loop back to screener is perfect to get the high yield of the middle size product he wants. Well done.
@@rsmith3062he could run a recycle conveyor back to his current crusher, it would eventually break it down into small enough Stone, and not have to buy another expensive crusher.
I was thinking he could run the whole stock pile through his crusher again first, but adjust it to crush the the rock smaller if it can, feeding it into the screener for a bigger yield of the smaller gravel. this would also provide a more steady, consistent feed for the screener to keep up with,

Hey, buddy, we love all your videos. Keep doing it. 2 and 1 week. Wow, that's wonderful. Keep it up. One of your best followers, the white tiger from West Covina, California. God bless.
Have been loving your videos for years Andrew. Never know what to expect. Feels like watching a long journey towards something unknown, I have no idea where it will end up. At the end of today's vid I an half expecting that you may soon drag a concrete plant up and start making your own concrete like the DOT does when extending a highway or something. Keep it up.
As a suggestion, the wings on the wings on the conveyor that are removed before folding the arms could be painted bright red to signal that if folding the arms in these parts must be removed. Also, I would push down any tree that is within 5 feet of the driveway. This would give you room for any large piece of equipment from being damaged when moving them. Just an observation from the peanut gallery.😁
Have watched you for a long time and you are one of the best things on UA-cam. Keep up the great work you are doing. Maybe one day you can write a book about your great adventure.
I think those removable belt guards should be painted BRIGHT YELLOW! Just so a guy doesn't forget to remove em like you said. Impressive job getting that thing figured out too! 👍👍
Love your site and look often for new videos. Over the years I have designed and built multiple attachments made repairs overhauled many pieces of equipment. I’m sure I would have enough content to support a TUUBE channel but no video content. I am 74 plus years old and it is a little to late to start now. Watching your channel keeps me going so keep up the good work. A old watching and dreaming.
As a kid there weren't many phones and gadgets besides Atari then Later on Nintendo to play with and my parents would always say it messes up the t.v so most of my childhood was outside in the backyard playing in the dirt. And I had all the cool metal toys like the excavator, cement mixer truck, a dump truck, and a car transporter truck. Those were the good old days riding bikes and playing in the backyard. I have to say Andrew your living the dream for many kids. You definitely have all the cool toys now for sure! Besides providing us with awesome entertainment, I'm sure you inspire a lot of kids watching your channel.
I must have missed the video where your hyundai excavator burnt..that sucks. The little fuel trk is sweet. Your gonna have that mountain shaved down to a rolling hill in no time lol. Keep up the good work
Thanks Andrew. This one looks much more appropriate for your work! the other one was cute i could use that for a few homes around here.. Im out in cali, and we have some shale up in the hills too.
Just what I thought when the stuff going into the first mini was too big. Need a chain of screeners/crushers. Always learn something new when watching this channel.
@@joshenrya couple conveyors to have the crusher feeding the screener, and one recycle conveyor back to the crusher for the oversize. Then you get a steady feed for your screener which is more desirable as well

Planning for the future in every aspect of your purchases or not but still thinking ahead . Fuel truck is just an example because you will need fuel for this project and you can get it delivered to the roadside to fill the truck with out going on the road with all the permits for the truck . And renting until you decide to purchase. Love the content of your videos. Good to see Blue sticking close but I’m sure you do have to track him down, he has that wandering spirit that some dogs never let go . Good to see the progress as you keep moving ahead with your projects. It all makes sense as it all comes together.👍😎
@@nickcody7257 Damn, I didn't even notice that! I believe that was his newest (both in production and purchase date) excavator too. Hate that it happened, but can't wait for the video about it.
@@cdinflorida9040 I don't think that's coming. He has mentioned the truck in a previous video, but it's been a while. I think he's had it for at least 2 years, maybe even longer. Well Andrew, that huge crusher has got you spoiled.., it puts out some pretty voluminous product…, in short order. That smaller unit puts out some nice packing topping product…, just a bit slower. Looking forward to seeing the “Austin Western” grading out that smaller rock. Great video, Thank you sir.
I literally have no idea how much time goes into these videos, but you need to pick up the pace lol. So much new stuff. New fuel truck, unfortunately the Hyundai excavator went on fire (the newest machine, crazy), new SUV, and already a new excavator. I cant wait for all the great new videos. You should try to put the big stones that came out of the screener through the crusher again. Or maybe you can adjust the jaws on the crusher.
For sure. It’s feeding too fast so it’s flooding the screen decks. That’s why there’s so much undersize in all three of the product piles. Need to slow the feed rate so the screen decks have enough time to do their job.
That Colt 800 is a beast - and kudos to you for figuring out how to set it up yourself. (As usual). Love your Cody and Blue - their good nature and loyalty to you is beyond wonderful!

Well, Andrew... THAT escalated quickly! When you said in the last video, "I think I'll go get the larger machine", I certainly wasn't thinking about anything quite THAT big!
Andrew that shaker did well considering the material was quite wet, but you can put that primary pile back through to get a bit more out of it, be much better if it was dry, lots of dust but it will go through the screens better, All the best, Al

At the end of today's vid I an half expecting that you may soon drag a concrete plant up and start making your own concrete like the DOT does when extending a highway or something. Keep it up.
Andrew you are truly a Man that makes America move forwards and Grow. God Bless You Andrew.
He works hard, no doubt about that.
Best content on UA-cam. No bs. Love the effort you put into the camera angles and editing. Love following your channel
The fuel truck is the cleanest piece of equipment you have.👍😉
You know Andrew is serious when he has a fuel truck that size to run all of his equipment.
The most expensive when it’s filled.
The Paystar????? That’s in fantastic shape for its age and very well took care of
So you don't need a crusher???
@@Mr77vette Of course.
The dogs are always the best part of the videos. Watching them have fun warms the heart.
Hey brother….glad you’re back…keep em coming
Awesome projects…excellent content 🤜🏾🤛🏾💯💪🏾respect
Seems like the correct addition to your crusher!!
😢Nobody, l mean nobody cares about his subscribers the way Andrew does. Excellent content. Thank you Andrew for everything you do.❤
Screen decks in the house heck ya now we just need a bigger crusher and you got your own functioning rock quarry with different sizes lol 😂 love it
I've been watching since 2018. My favorite UA-camr by far!
I must have missed the video where your hyundai excavator burnt..that sucks. The little fuel trk is sweet. Your gonna have that mountain shaved down to a rolling hill in no time lol. Keep up the good work
That's the excavator he bought 🙂 Never owned one of these before
Thanks Andrew.
This isn't a crusher. Simply a screener. He needs both. Not worth the $100K+
@@chrisbarr1359 Yeah needs to get a crusher one or two steps up from that mini to break down that large stuff more.
@@joshenrya couple conveyors to have the crusher feeding the screener, and one recycle conveyor back to the crusher for the oversize.
Then you get a steady feed for your screener which is more desirable as well
every once in a while im coming back tothis channel to watch some videos and this is greate , i love it , good content , no asking to subscribe no screaming and shouting , just chill stuff and a 3 way screener , love it . and 2 cute dogs
Omg another video..... Gonna enjoy this one and sleep peacefully! 😊😊😊
I mean, you have to buy this.....
It would be awesome👍👏
Man, I love your videos, I love your technique, I love your dogs, I love how you care about your business, how you spend your money! Keep going mate, greetings from Belarus !🇧🇾 😊
Camarata says he's renting that piece of equipment and may buy it. Everybody in here knows he's gonna buy it. lol
Easier to buy it than track it back down the hill! Lol.
That's gotta be the furthest that thing's ever been tracked in it's life?
They ain't cheap
@@paulcoote3094 ...the one LetsDig18 rented he said cost 1/2 MIL...
@@paulcoote3094 No but not as expensive as a crusher . this is "only" a sorter, it doesn't have any crushing parts, and that's the expensive ones. lol
I am a bit amazed he didn't buy the rock drill for putting in explosives.
I am pretty sure you'll end up buying this awesome machine. It's worth it for your ongoing projects. Good luck Andrew. 🇨🇦
Andrew and Ants Pants on the same day is a real treat 😁
Especially when it's 2 camarata days in a row!
Have to go find Mr. Pants now...laterz!!! Nice Vid Andrew.
Agree! The two best channels on YT.
@@lovetopewpew then you need to add Matt from Diesel Creek too 😎
Andrew and FarmCraft101 on the same day too!
Your mountain top kingdom can expand substantially. Your machine lineup is truly marching on to victory. Best of wishes for greater success Andrew.
TWO videos back to back! Woohoo! AND he has a fuel truck?! 😂
Alas at 12:05 it looks like he a down an excavator...
@@nickcody7257 Ummm.. Toasty!
Somebody with a better memory than I can probably tell you which video it was where Andrew showed it off a bit, but I'm 99% sure he's never done a full video on it.
And flawlessly edited as always
Good Day Andrew and All folks, that again is pure mechanical majik, driven by a right grand chap, such a pleasing watch as always.
Why am I not surprised Andrew has his own fuel truck? This guy is amazing!
Well Andrew,
that huge crusher has got you spoiled.., it puts out some pretty voluminous product…, in short order. That smaller unit puts out some nice packing topping product…, just a bit slower. Looking forward to seeing the “Austin Western” grading out that smaller rock.
Great video,
Thank you sir.
Cody jumping out to run with Blue is the most Cody thing ever!
It’ll help quite a bit if you slow down the feed belt, you want a steady flow onto the screen that keeps up with your excavator.
Perfect for my afternoon thanks
Андрей молодец. Отличные видео , душевный человек , трудяга .. всегда приятно смотреть твои видео, как будто сам там в Америке живу с тобой по соседству) Спасибо .
Well, it looks like Andrew came thru with a real rock crusher. Way to go, Andrew. You know how to make an old man feel much better watching you have fun working. This awesome show is good medicine. 😂❤
This isn't a 'crusher.' It's a classifier. (3 different size screens - no muncher on board - just a shaker).
Well, isn't that crazy. He has so many large rocks to crush.
@@RRRIBEYEActually only 2 screens that gives 3 different size stones😉.
@@garynoll700 Agree 100%!
@@markuschampos5750 Good observation. I am corrected!
i live in a nice house near the sea and beach. but this green world and mountains and green views it is fantastic place ( even to work )
I'd spray paint the metal brackets for the rubber material wipers Bright Orange so you remember to take them off.
is a rental, but if he brought it, that is a great idea.
Just what i needed to watch for the start of the long weekend. inspiring, entertaining and enjoyable! thanks for posting.
It's good to be young. I have trouble getting out of a chair and Andrew is running up gravel piles. 😁
Me too, too Old to get up and go, help me I've fallen and can't get up.Ha Ha. I watched him scramble up that side of gravel pit, and I would have just been clawing at the side trying.
I know right? I just woke up and seen him climb in and out of that machine makes me want to go back to bed cuz he made me all tired all over
I don't even get surprised anymore about the crazy shit Camarata is coming up with... I just accept, watch & enjoy the Show...
🤓 Thank you, Sir, for uploading cool Videos. (I am 57 year old female Carpenter , and when I was young , my folks owned a Construction Company.. and even though I have not much sabe in Machining, I enjoy your Channel very much!)
Greetings from Germany
Ran one of those last year in tandem with a bigger screen. Big screen for the course , this one screened the fines off the big screen. Worked pretty well as small as it is.
"Gotta watch my spending thou" then followed by "I bought another excavator today" Thats why I subscribe and like. Keep the videos coming!
Thanks.
The Camarata Stone Co. Sounds about right. Good job Andrew your empire continues to grow!
_please_ make a longer video on this thing. It's so satisfying lol
Man , i wouldnt complain about whaole videos of your nature vids you do as intro and end of content.
Love the music too.
Good doggoe staying with you as well!
The big kid gets to ride the machine , youi have so much fun dude . This makes my heart sing! You will always be you and i love that MAn! Rock on! L
Andrews got a new toy !! Jesse and dave's gonna be jealous ?! NOT, they're doing their thang !
And Matt as well.
@@Tomhohenadel yep, ur right.. But andrews viewers met jesse and dave, on his channel ! Jesse would sometimes move andrews equipment and dave would help andrew work on stuff.. i learned of matt and sam(scrappy), from a different channel.
But WHO has more toys(equipment)........ andrew or matt ?! 🤔😂
Keep cranking new videos and cool equipment love the drone shots great stuff
Just imagine being the Rep who was supposed to come show “some UA-camr” how to operate a massive machine… and you show up to Andrew Camarata’s place with your machine already set up and running at maximum capacity. What a story for the pub lol
damn bro chill, too much imagination
I was thinking the exact same thing- punch line- so eqsy, a You Tuber could do it! lol now, if he moves that other crusher to the end with the big stones, he could have a perpetual crush/screen operation going!
@@cathiwim yeah that’s exactly where the crusher needs to go!
They are simple to unfold and get set up, as he showed. When u renting or demo something that's over a $100k u are a proper business who had to give insurance info
I’ve missed these videos andrew keep them up Richard from Australia
Hell yeah !!! 2 videos in a week.. Happy day
Im sure you get thousands of comments about it at this point, but you set a standard in UA-cam content quality that everyone should follow. No clickbait, no excessive editing, but also not boring raw footage
Your dogs fighting over one specific stick, menawhile there are thousands of others in close vicinity, are absolutely killing me. 😂
Yeah, but this stick is better!
Just like children.
Thanks Andrew for sharing the upgrade on the crusher/separator. Look forward to seeing how you implement this into your company. Be safe. Blessings to you and family. Praying for your health, strength and success in His Holy Name. ☝🙏🙌💪👊
Cool another video love it Andrew
🎉🎉🎉🎉
Well, Andrew... THAT escalated quickly! When you said in the last video, "I think I'll go get the larger machine", I certainly wasn't thinking about anything quite THAT big!
1st thing I look at when Andrew posts a video,is how long it is.half hour flys by,he could post a ten hour video I would still watch it
Andrew that shaker did well considering the material was quite wet, but you can put that primary pile back through to get a bit more out of it, be much better if it was dry, lots of dust but it will go through the screens better, All the best, Al
What if you fed a rock crusher into this screener directly? And the rock crusher was set to crush the rock into a large enough size as to actually have the "bad" pile not grow so fast?
Oh Kay, it’s a sifter, Roger on that. What a great thinker.
