First, the journalism presenting this story is biased and should have included an example of the text being sent out to people by the influencers. None of us viewers can make a rational judgment about whether or not there was ill-intent by those driving these or not.
Secondly, it's UNCONSTITUTIONAL for any extension or form of government to deny mass assembling such as this cop just admitted they are doing.
