So the bit about the letter was a flashback, you were Rachel or whatever her name is and were performing the actions in the past so that Holly in the present knew how to get into the box. There are several things that happen like that.
Sure, I understand that. Its just odd completing something, going back in time to hide it, then returning to the present to find the thing you completed was never really there in the first place.
It explains it a little better, later in the game, to help with some theories as to why that happens; but I admit, that particular flashback of all the 'flashback' scenes is a bit reaching.
This one is probably the worst. The one later on is a smidge better. If you try to click around, very specifically, you get hints that it’s someone else based on their comments.
Still on a roll! Quick note about the second grate on the other side of that same hall. The star screwdriver is the right tool; they're the same grate, but the screws on that one seem rusted. And that needs to be taken care of first. Instead of noting that, it just says the screwdriver doesn't work, which I think should be fixed. Luckily the response team seem to be very receptive and have made a ton of fixes on the game since the release, so maybe that will be, too. :)
I know you probably don't come here any longer but I still wanted to say thank you for the videos. I love following along while I play just in case I missed anything or if I get stuck. Thanks for the great job you have done.

You can promote CJU on all your social media: share his videos; feature his channel on your YT channel and on any website you own; on Pinterest--make a board dedicated to his videos or collab with mine; on Reddit--start your own subreddit or join the CJU subreddit which was begun by a subscriber www.reddit.com/r/cjugames/comments/5q0zii/new_start_here/ ; on Twitter--hella tweet about him; you get the picture... And as for helping him get on the good side of YT’s algorithm, we can do a number of things: 1) Always watch the ads on his videos all the way through. What's good for the advertisers is good for YT--it's all about money--and YT favors money makers. 2) Always "like." (audience engagement) 3) Always comment. (audience engagement) 4) The number of full playthroughs a video has is important. So, you can play a CJU video in the background while you're doing other things to up his numbers (audience retention/watch time). And the list goes on. Anybody else wanna chime in?

Not sure if someone mentioned but the hand dissolved because in your notes someone mentioned that the organ display had an extra piece that wasnt supposed to be there. She broke the only one that didnt have a pedestal.

24:34 in case it’s not clear yet.. there’s obviously a supernatural aspect to the game while having you play through flashbacks to give present day you the clues… bc you’re not you’re self in the flashbacks. It’s a clever way to allow some creative mix on the same environment while putting you in the shoes of those characters… some moments from their deaths hurrying to save some sort of secret. Also giving you another hidden object you were waiting for

Puzzles and tentacles are definite prerequisites for a peaceful, lucid slumber. If Chris makes an appearance, it's just the icing on the cake lol
