Great job. I will buy a Meta Quest 3 because of this video. Why are the bars different for the Quest 2 vs the Quest 3? Thanks! Wish the car Sims were as good.
@@highwaymen1237 What?! I had no idea these handlebars would be such a motivator for a headset purchase. The Quest 2 controllers have tracking rings and Quest 3 controllers don’t, so any controller attachments will be different.
Bro I was thinking, it would be cool if you could design a tball type stand that the bars could mount to and teeter totter back and forth on. Just an idea 💡
I thought about something like that. I move around a lot when I play, so not sure if a mount would be a good fit for me. I know a guy does this though, you can see it in this video: ua-cam.com/video/C5a2jc00gzs/v-deo.htmlsi=PJ5-yHVTONGuCww0
Update: Shipping this has been more hassle than I want, so I’m not shipping anymore. Please take a look at the 3D print files in the description and make one if you have access to a 3D printer or have someone print them for you. Keep in mind there is a lot of assembly for the Quest 3 version and somewhat less for the Quest 2 version. Original reply: Hey there, I’m willing to ship this, just email me at xxxx@gmail.com to let me know you’re interested.
Hey there - the delay is caused by casting the VR headset display to the TV via Chromecast. Inside the VR headset there is no delay and it all works great!
