Her story, which she shared on a Vlog years ago, is that Russell rolled off the couch and she picked him up and thought that he was fine. Then a week later he wouldn't stop crying so she took him to the emergency room and they found that her baby had a femur fracture. It is of note that babies bones are a little flexible still at this time in development, and the femur is the strongest bone in the body. It takes force to break. Ruby’s story does not match the mechanism of injury. She took an entire week to get him seen for this, so he was suffering all that time. The story makes no sense and should have been investigated.

This is the most sophisticated and well planned crimes against children in my career. There are also questions about the entire depth of the relationship of the two women. It appears there is something more than business partners.

I think the majority of her initial following were fellow Mormons. Their religion played a big part in their vlogs. True, but a Plea deal will save the minor children the trauma of a long drawn out Public Trial & additional Slander from Ruby against her Children in open Court. She will start serving a Prison sentence quicker & not be loose out on Bail.

She's a horrible person and you would think after how many time CPS was out to her house Kevin had to have known. But then again CPS thought everything thing was fine. Their's also something way off with her and Jodie it's all most like there in a relationship that's not right if you're married to someone else. They all need to be locked up and go without food and water for awhile.

I think she knew she was going to be arrested because her child had the neighbor call the police and the police then contacted her. I assume she was not in the house at the time he escaped.

I have questions…Ruby Franke claimed her son was looking at p..n at age 3, where did he get it? Those kids were completely controlled by her 24/7. A 3 yearold would not have the developed understanding of what it is!
