Abnormal noise from transmission Troubleshoot kick start

Excavator rigid that was previously stored for tank replacement.
He came to play for a while, but on the way back, I noticed that there was a strange noise coming from the transmission. It feels like an unpleasant bearing noise ...
The noise was clearly coming from the left side. It's not from the engine because it disappears completely when you squeeze the clutch. When it comes to the part that is rotating at idle near the transmission, the easiest part to see is the bearing support, so it is disassembled. As expected, the bearings were loose.
I ordered the parts and replaced them, but it didn't heal ...
My diagnosis mistake ... When I suddenly touched the kick pedal, the sound disappeared.
The cause was unexpected, and it was the contact of the kick start gear.
The kick shaft was rattling, and it seems that it was hitting other gears slightly.
Replace and solve.
It is difficult to repair abnormal noise, and if it is made of metal, the sound will be transmitted and you will hear it from an unexpected place.
Again, the cause was on the right side, but what I heard was on the left side.
I'm glad I was cured for the time being.

Great Video! Thanks for sharing and for the english subtitles!
I really like and enjoy to watch all kind of videos from Japan as I think it´s a beautiful country and japanese people are just awesome!
Those aftermarked kickersprockets really are a pain in the ass, as the engage/disengage ramp is made from the worst, low quality steel which is almost as soft as lead, lasting just a few kicks until they wear out, squeeze themselfs into that shaftsprocked and get stuck. After having to replace them several times I was so fed up with that crap, I finally made myself a ramp from high quality tool steel and mildly heattreated it. Riveted in place like the original, that thing now will last and work for ever.
Greetings from Germany
Thank you for your comments from Germany!
