No. It's two different styles. Shoot fighting doesn't work in wrestling just like Wrestling doesn't work in Shoot fighting. This would alienate fans of each sport because they can't stand each other.

"injuries" just as the Saudi show is near, no way they're all injured, they just need a way to get out of taking certain starts to Saudi, and some wrestlers won't want to go, so boom injury.

I think most of these injuries are less of an issue if they had one off matches but since it's a tournament it would be more risky
They need to stay with Saturday PLEs especially now that they’re doing overseas shows more, that way those who are off on weekends can actually watch the PLE and not have to worry about it going into the work day
I'm totally down for seeing a potential UFC/WWE crossover at some point. At any given time for as long as I can remember WWE has always had at least a few members of the company that had some martial art, hand to hand or combat experience. Right now Shayna and Bobby would be great with leading a match being they are experienced in both realms and can make the transition for their opponents easier. Too bad Matt Riddle and Sonya Deville aren't around, same could have been said for them. I heard somewhere that Montez Ford would be open to that sort of opportunity. He's trained some hand to hand/martial arts during his stint with the military, I'd pay to see him in action.

I question if these "injuries" are even real, to me it feels like they just made a mistake with putting the wrong people in the tournament and they using the injury angle as a way of taking them out

Hopefully the Indy's extras, producers, and performance center students will be called to do more camera time.The catering area should be empty with wrestlers. Bring some of the reliable wwe alumni back for a good paycheck. I like the PLE on Saturday night better than Sunday. If its on Sunday maybe at a early time than 8 pm.

Ross, you’re wrong about what WWE wanted Edge to do. They wanted him as a part-time guy. He is now 50 years old. WWE doesn’t need him. He is now a big fish in the small pond that is AEW…AND, Adam is making as much money as he possibly can before retiring. Tony is overpaying Adam; which is great for Copeland & his family. 💯 Adam is more valuable to AEW than he would be to WWE.
