- I had a friend hit me up a few months ago asking me if I knew of any Cubs for sale and I told him I just happen to know where a J-5A was at that hasn’t ran of flown for quite while. So we got a fresh annual done on her and off she went to Maryland for now until Yann gets her home in France. Thanks for watching. A poem with wings ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ congrats 😊
What a wonderful old bird. Brings back fond memories of flying a J-5 back in the 80s. You don't see a lot of them anymore. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for watching!!

Thank you brother!! Yea sir I FINALLY got my UA-cam channel fixed so now I can get back to uploading videos.
Nicely done! I spent a lot of years smacking bugs with the previous owner of this J5. Glad to see her going to a good home.
Thanks cuz!
What a beautiful J5. So he's flying it all the way to France. Thats a long flight in a cub. lol Great video Cole!!
Amazingg looking and running J5. Don't see to many of these anymore. Hope it continues to receive the care and attention to keep it flying. Sure doesn't look like it needs much of anything.
Thanks!
Super nice video! I LOVE the J5a so much that I’m restoring one up here in Connecticut. Loved your series on granddad’s J3.
Oh WOW!!! That’s just AWESOME!! I would LOVE to see some pictures or videos of yours. 😁 I’m on Facebook. Chad Cole

Young folks today seem to not know that; since the Wright Brothers first flight was December of 1903, that at the end of World War ONE (November of 1918) the airplane hadn't yet been invented 15 years!!!!
Then in May of 1927, when Charles Lindbergh flew the Atlantic SOLO, the airplane was less then 24 years old!
Thanks right. 😁👍🏼 Thanks for watching!
Que belo voo parábens
99% sure this use to be my grandfathers airplane
That’s awesome!
Look up n #
@@jamesringler987 It was his Grandfathers Cub. I knew him well. Thanks!
I love that color. What's the official name of that color? Do you know if they offered that color during J-3 production?
I’m not sure what they call that. That color was only on J-5’s. All J-3’s were Cub Yellow and Lockhaven yellow. Prewar J-3’s were Lockhaven yellow and post war were just Cub yellow as they called it.
@@ColeAviationThe Color is Called Cruiser Orange. Since it is the Cub Cruiser. I have a 41 J5A also.
For her age she's beautiful
