- प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बीते मंगलवार को मध्य प्रदेश के भोपाल में आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान कहा है कि कुछ राजनीतिक दल यूसीसी यानी समान नागरिक संहिता के नाम पर मुसलमानों को भड़काने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. समान नागरिक संहिता का मुद्दा भारत की चुनावी राजनीति में धर्म के आईने में भी देखा जा रहा है.

How would UCC solve the problems of customs and traditions
Different communities have different marital combinations
Trying to equate them will only cause more problems.
A uniform structure is expected to bring more clarity but how much will it succeed in its cause is still a matter of discussion.
There are people who have certain marital combinations which are forbidden in other communities.
Then how can law allow those marital unions.
Will legal community bear the payments if they have any problem in future whether social or medical.
UCC is about law not about tradition ok . Go and gather some knowledge . It is not against any tradition rather than it is against laws of every religion and to unify them

I think in Goa is a classic case to study before drafting UCC.
In Goa majority are Marathas. Others are gowd saraswat Brahmin and christian. So very much cultural diversity is there in Goa but they follow Portuguese civil code of 1876 without problems for so many decades without having cultural clash.
Find out how is it possible and draft UCC in the form of Portugese civil code of 1876.

सामान्य नागरिक कानून
सबसे पहले समानता (कर्म )जब काम एक तो बेमन एक चाहिए।जैसे डीसी खेत में काम नहीं कर सकता और किसान कुर्सी में बैठ कर काम नहीं कर सकता तो बात बराबर अर्थात समान काम का समान बेचने मिलना चाहिए।।

देश को विकास नहीं आत्मनिर्भता की ज़रूरत है आत्मनिर्भता से देश स्वत: विकास करेगा। अर्थात् पुरे देश में आर्थिक समानता होने चाहिए जैसे एक देश में प्रत्येक नागरिक को यदि दो से ज्यादा बच्चे नहीं होने चाहिए।भले ही क्यों न वो पढ़ा या अनपढ़ हो ,गरीब या अमीर हो।उसी तरह से सभी इंसान हैं और देश के सभी इंसानो का एक कानून होना चाहिए एक व्यक्ति को जितना अन्न से पेट भरता है उतना हीं ज़रूरत अन्य को है चुंकि औसतन हर व्यक्ति की ज़रूरत भी एक ही है तो क्यों न ऐसा कानून बनाया जाय कि यदि कोई सालभर में 200000 तक कमाता हो और खर्च करता है और उससे ज्यादा नहीं रख सकता है। यदि ज्यादा रखता है तो उसे बांट देना चाहिए या नहीं रखना चाहिए।
माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय कह रहे हैं कि एक परिवार में सभी सदस्यों के लिए समान कानून होता है जबकि यह सत्य है पिता के अपने कर्तव्य होते हैं छोटे भाई के बड़े भाई के प्रति अलग कर्तव्य होते हैं मां के अलग कर्तव्य होते हैं मां के संतान के लिए अलग कर्तव्य होते हैं और पति के लिए अलग कर्तव्य होते हैं कहां समान अधिकार और कहां समान कानून होते हैं परिवार में सभी सदस्यों के लिए बात रही यूसीसी की तो यूसीसी अपने आप में संविधान की आत्मा की हत्या है जहां आप एक विधान की बात करते हैं वहां आप एक संविधान की बात क्यों नहीं करते प्रधानमंत्री महोदय जब यूजीसी की वकालत करते हैं तो यह भूल जाते हैं कि यह संविधान की अवहेलना है अर्थात जो हमारे पूर्व के विद्वानों ने हमारे लिए तैयार किया क्या वह पर्याप्त नहीं है क्या वह उचित नहीं है क्या उसमें तमाम त्रुटियां हैं मैं यह नहीं कह सकता क्योंकि संविधान सभा में एक से एक विद्वान और शिक्षित व्यक्ति था इसलिए देश को फिजूल चर्चा में ना उलझा कर संविधान को सही तरह लागू करने की आवश्यकता है समस्याएं स्वता समाप्त हो जाएंगी

India is not just a land. Its a massive cultural voyage, where in every 1km languages, dialects, cultures, social practices, festivals etc changes sharply.
You can not just dump UCC to this dynamic land.
In a family, everyone contributes in their own way and different roles and different status maintain family value. You cant give blank example of giving equal roles to each family member. The family will disintegrate if everyone have to act in uniform way.
