Amazing! Thank you for making this video, I didn't know about this book before. That's how I feel about my female colleagues in engineering. I was mentoring some and leading a team. I saw such a big difference in male and female attitude regarding their career. Males were always keep trying and trying, many of them didn't read documentation, instruction, they just start acting straight away. ANd of course they always were asking about promotion, salary raising without hesitate. However, females were doubting their skills, even tho they were already experienced in the area, their first thought was 'it's too complicated' and they always needed much emotional support to start doing smth and keep making some mistakes (because how else you can do learn anything). Woman (including me) asked for promotion only when they fulfill each and every requirement. I was raised by a self-made woman and I have been effected less with such attitude, but still I'm not risk-taker.

So many girls have a fixed mindset when it comes certain careers. As mothers we have to encourage them they can meet challenges and not to give up {growth mindset}.
