Finally, an intelligent view. My Lyme friends and I are already being treated much like lab rats and we are OK with that. Why doesn't the medical establishment come and see how well we are doing? Some of us are great, some just OK, some with improvement but still unable to function and some who have not been able to leave their home for 15 years and no treatments of any kind has helped. We can take years off of the research that will be done before any help will be offered. And save millions of dollars because we have all paid for our treatments out of our own pocket with no government assistance. We can save huge government expense. What greater offer can we make that to share what our money and treatment has accomplished? We are offering them a look into the horror of our lives to make sure others do not have to live through the destruction done by tick borne infections.

ying Yang model......macro looks at that... as i changed to macrobiotic diet and studied for 3months at the kushi in usa...all symptoms went after 2half months, felt amazing....better than i had for 12yrs+ and only had lyme for 2yrs then!!! with lyme its v.imp to strengthen the immune system with diet [v.imp!]& yoga/meditation.... mental state also has a great influence...stress, anger, frustration, negative emotions only help to strengthen DIS-SEASE and promote disharmony

What he is explaining is so simple. Early infection that is not widely disseminated and not in different forms throughout the body often doesn't need long term treatment. Whereas infections that have grown for months or years in the human body, have disseminated throughout many tissues and have reverted to different forms, require longer term treatment targeted at multiple forms. This is very little beyond what one would deduce from common sense. Yet over 40 years of research on a disease and this is somehow a novel theory. Absolutely pathetic.
