this has gotta be the best prolysis system ive seen..its slightly out of reach for the avg person but its an awesome exanple of what to shoot for to get maximum efficiency...just great.
definetly, and it's CONTAINERIZED. Absolutly the best i've seen
I might suggest one for the HOA and and start dealing with our own waist.
Good luck brother!! Good initiative to reduce waste plastics.
So basically THIS is the pyrolysis machine you would REALLY want because it not only produces fuel from plastic but ALSO refines it to a point where you can actually USE it instead of having to refine it multiple times somewhere else in order for you to get the refined oil you need to use it in vehicles and other machines. A pyrolysis machine AND a refinery all in one !!!
Correct ; our 150KG per hour unit ; will refine to refinery grade Diesel and Naphta.
Please check our new website launch on the 10th of July 2019

One of the best pyrolysis systems i have seen so far and the presentation is so amazing to understand by anyone. Kindly email me Mr Farok for more detail of casting of the above. Thanks

@@eriknielsen1849 the differences are. Not mobile/containerised and no refinery grade diesel, Naptha and Synthgas from these plants....it requires a separate destillation process.
Nice work done and explained very good
Great idea to put your system in containers. Wonderful process to deal with the waste plastic that is burying us. I assume it is critical that the plastic put into the system is dry.
I was watching another video , it doesnt have to be dry , infact you can use this proses on anything that is organic . there are a few types of plastic you cant use like PVC and Teflon and a few others that have certain chemicals
ua-cam.com/video/f8-u32PGGKA/v-deo.html&ab_channel=HazelChem
I know your comment is a year old but actually, depending on the system...water added to the system can be used to raise the relative atmospheric pressure enabling you to fractionate at a lower temperature which will use less fuel to heat the substrate plastics so dry initial feed is not necessarily a must.
Nice video. we use the fast pyrolysis plant Fpp02 for recycling plastic & wood wastes. Reactor 500 kg/h. It turns out fuel for hot water boilers.
Could you give me the process of continuous feeding to the reactor?

Which type of catalyst used.....
I wouldn’t call this „bio fuel“ since more energy is used to produce the oil from plastic than the oil (energy) it actually generates. Oil harvested from plants (vegetables oils) can be labeled „bio fuel“

Masha Allah .... Great work. Until your video I never saw anyone get the gasoline in one process. Are you using stainless Catalyst in that phase to maximize the gasoline production?
We use a specific catalyst and fuel treatment compounds, to increase the fuel quality production.
Do very good and professional looking and well presented sir. Do you sell the container and if you sell how much? If I can't afford, are you able to sell plans for the mini plant?
Awesome Sir .. ❤️❤️ 😍😍
How do you fill it up that opening??? And what with the water in the plastics and nasty stuff like food or something...
Thanks for knowledge sharing
You could even run it on burning plastic in furnace with a muffler or some sort of filtering of the black burnt plastic smoke.
You'd be producing a huge amount of toxic smoke and carbon by burning, or 'oxydizing' the plastic. The pyrolytic process breaks down the chains of molecules into less toxic, useable material in an oxygen-free environment.
very nice innovative Video
Well done, how many Kgs of plastic can it process per day and how much oil does it produce ? Will you try to build a much smaller machine like a freezer sized like machine for personal households ? Would be insteresting to scale this down, so people could put that in their homes in he basement and produce enough oil for their heatings from their plastic waste...or produce their own diesel oil for their cars...
40kg per day, 80%, no use downscaling this, upscaling lowers cost and increases efficiency.(see my channel for a smaller demo unit)
Very Good!!! Now, can you make a Seafaring version to cleanup the world's Oceans with? If you can there are huge islands of plastic waste out there in international waters just waiting to be claimed... Ships could even bypass the pumps and go straight for the plastic islands to refuel themselves which would be an even greater advantage for offshore manufacturing plants. I may be an American, but I say the first ones to develop this technology to its fullest potential desserves the lion's share in this great new frontier! Excellent work!!!
I have to agree here. I would love to have a system like this on my property. I could recycle the county's wast plastics and oils and then sell them back gasoline and diesel for a fraction of what we pay at the pump. Win Win Win... Where do I sign up to be an investor?

Excellent. Now where is the simple DIY home version?
Great technology, but how much of energy it needs to burn the tires?
Can you use to make only diesel?
Thank you.
Tires are vulcanized using sulfur, and breaking these chains needs a sulfur extraction step and is quite elaborate. Burning tires releases Sulfuric acid, causing acid rain.
Do you have a full range of the type of plastic types that can be fed into the pyroliser and what their yields are?? I recently found out that not all plastics can be used.

Hi I am from India, I suggest you must use induction heating with solar or wind energy for pyrolysis
I don't think it's feasible because of the power required... Burning some fuel, preferably the very own gas from the pyrolysis, seems the best choice if we're looking at biooil production only

Good video..
Can it mix with wood?
I was about to start a bio-diesel plant utilising waste oils etc. pre-COVID and looked at these machines. However, I found these way too expensive especially for developing countries where they can reallly make a difference. Not sure about their competitive advantage as far as business results goes. Ali Baba is full of Chinese companies offering modular Pyrolysis plants to customize to a business needs at a much discounted rate, especially since the pandemic when things really slowed down for them. Lets be clear, I don't have ANY stake in these Chinese companies and I was able to find a 2nd hand Chinese plant.
Hello! How much pyrolysis oil you obtain from 100 kg of waste plastic?
It would be nice to provide the heat from electricity generated by wind or solar and use the gas for cooking or other purposes.
Hi William,
Nice idea and inline with our larger version.
The 150kg per hour plant provides enough gas to power itself, the remaining gas can be used for cooking or generate electricity through 50KVA generator.

Hello, how the catalyst is made? what are materials used to make the catalyst?
That is a Trade Secret.

I wonder if this could work on a boat to clean up the plastic floating in the ocean? 🤔 It might not be a good idea with the waves and stuff.
it could although the wet plastic would take more energy to burn off and some plastics may not be suitable and some other debris caught up in the plastic

it would have benefited this video to show how the plastic goes into chamber, is it 1st granulated what process is undertaken to granulate plastic. the output potential energy as to the input lpg energy. Im sure once all the oil companies go bust everyone will have these, but till then sadly it will be pushed under the carpet as mad science by such oil companies. well done, enjoyable video.
Hello sir, everywhere I go, when we talk about climate change or new energy sources, sooner or later, pyrolysis is presented as a simple but elegant solution to plastic waste. Every city should have it's own facility. BUT it's not what happens. It's quite rare in fact. Why is that so? What are the downsides of pyrolysis?
I want to make one but the problem is I can't understand how to make the catalyst chamber.

@@krishkrish6166 Carbon black (subtypes are acetylene black, channel black, furnace black, lamp black and thermal black) is a material produced by the incomplete combustion of heavy petroleum products such as FCC tar, coal tar, or ethylene cracking tar. Carbon black is a form of paracrystalline carbon that has a high surface-area-to-volume ratio, albeit lower than that of activated carbon. It is dissimilar to soot in its much higher surface-area-to-volume ratio and significantly lower (negligible and non-bioavailable) polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) content. However, carbon black is widely used as a model compound for diesel soot for diesel oxidation experiments.[2] Carbon black is mainly used as a reinforcing filler in tires and other rubber products. In plastics, paints, and inks, carbon black is used as a color pigment.
@@krishkrish6166 The ash is toxic....
Im really thinking about trying to make a system like this. One question though. Is the "ash" that comes out toxic in any way?
the "crude oil" produced depending on the plastics and any contaminates on the plastics will contain several carcinogenic hydrocarbon variants that are directly linked to cancer. the ash after the process can contain some amount of these hydrocarbons. the good news about this ash because it should be mostly carbon, can get reheated to remove the contaminates(like the trace hydrocarbons). then after cleaned run through plasma to produce graphene(its a little more complicated than just slapping it with plasma you might want to look into graphene). One plastic I keep seeing pop up in research papers that will produce these highly carcinogenic hydrocarbons is polystyrene.
the main downside to this process is that if you aren't prepared or have the knowledge of how to separate, clean and isolate a chemical like a hydrocarbon chain. you will have a hard time cleaning up the crude oil from plastics, since a decent amount of them are unstable and will create a unstable fuel that will gum up a engine. If you try doing this I would suggest when you build your machine you use wood, or plant materials as pyrolysis medium to create the crude oil, this you will have a better time cleaning and turning into your fuel. we cleaned crude oil from wood/coal before we cleaned crude oils from the ground so the knowledge is there if you look for it.
the basic version of this machine is a wood fuel burner connected to a closed loop distillery. make a wood gas machine, connect the output to a pipe that runs through a condenser with a catch container at the end. that basic machine if done right can have a gas output, and any output will most likely be contaminated with water and need dried.
Depends on what you put in. If it's foodgrade then the output will be close to that
The ash is harmless for nature and animals including humans, it can be ditched anywhere, no problem

Hi, there was production of pyrolysis oil during this demonstration.
10:00 'when the pyrolysis is on .... o lot of bubbles' mean the reactor is starting yet
Can you use synthetic textile waste
You can use nearly any kind of organic material as long as it is made of carbon. You should be careful with certain materials if they have harmful chemicals that may be liberated. People commonly use bio-materials.
how many kilowatts of electricity does this plant use to produce 1000L of oil?
About 5 litres of diesel/gas is required for start-up afterwards the reactor is being fed for 5 litres per hour from it's own produce.
Remaining synthgas can be stored or used to power a 50KVA generator continuously.
Overview of output
55% diesel
30% Naphta
10% Gas (50% to the burner - 50% for a 50KVA generator)
05% Biochar
Wow, that's a lot less then i would have thought to run your setup.
Just another question please, what waste/by products does this process produce and can they be further used or refined for other uses or do they go to land fill?
What's the cost per gallon produced?
Please check Pyrolyze.com,we offer what you see there in the business cases presented.
