    Good job 👍 you have bigger device. But what i see is wasting of heat, so this device can be used for house heater and if you have boiler/tank around it can make warm water for radiators and so on. Another idea is you can use oil again for fire. I mean main purpose of it can be used as heater and plus you are recycling plastic and so on. Very interesting because we have lot of plastic waste on the planet.

    I have a fair bit of boiler work experience, if you add hydrochloric acid to your water bath all the rust will turn into ferric chloride it's water sol. And kill mold all mold it is a form of a like plant fungicides. Use the carbon in a slow drip fashion to filter out your oil made a small scale version my self. Use it to run a 85 6.2 diesel truck

    With a very well insulated retort, electricity can be used, hopefully from wind or solar, to heat the biomass and hence have all the products produced by the reactor for use.

    • @Humbulla93
      @Humbulla93 3 роки тому

      i thought maybe use a fresnel lense pointed at the reactor to decrease the fuel needs, as glass won´t deteriorate over time like solar panels and wind mills do. also a peltier element could be used, but for that size you would need a lot of them which isn´t cheap

    • @captainotto
      @captainotto 3 роки тому +1

      This device produces a lot of waste carbon black . That might be pure enough to use commercially, but more likely it's not very pure and would require disposal. Using it to start the process seems much more economical. If you have spare wind or solar power, your most economical use of that resource is putting power on the electrical grid assuming you've got access. There the efficiency would be much higher than using it as an input to this sort of process.

    Hello sir, I am just wondering about one thing, first of all, we heat the plastic and form the oil.
    And then you heat the oil separately and create gasoline and diesel fuel?

    • @fivethree0
      @fivethree0 2 роки тому

      Tires are vulcanized so there is sulfur in that oil that is very hard to remove unless done industrially. Refining requires you gasify the oil in a very tall condenser with levels, too expensive for a small operation like this.

      it's basically just extreme temperatures being applied to the material being pyrolyzed, which breaks down it's molecules into smaller pieces, and it is anaerobic since with the presence of O2 it would combust

    How do u get diesel and gasoline ?

    • @NiklasLarssonSeglarfan
      @NiklasLarssonSeglarfan 3 роки тому

      Basically, plastic is made from the same stuff as gasoline and diesel are made from, so boiling the plastic turns it back into its original state and then you refine it to separate gasoline and diesel from it.. I think its got to do with the temperature and pressure in the chamber and then how you distill it.
