It is no coincidence that there is such a discrepancy in the quality of the presentation. It doesn't seem like Heard's lawyers have been burning the night oil to protect their client in the same way Mr. Depp's team has. The latter has demonstrated such a high degree of preparedness. It is as though this trial has been the focal point of their lives.

In the meanwhile, she can invest Depp’s money or use it as collateral. However, you can tell by how the excuses are already flying that those charities will never see a dime directly from her. Their only hope is for AH to talk other wealthy men into donating in her name so she can take credit.

The second probability is where the lawyer knows the truth that their client is guilty but defends the client for money. A smart lawyer should be able to figure out if their client is lying to them.

So there is a possibility that Ms Heard may actually win this case. Harsh reality, yes, but that is part of the flaws of the jury. It would be a miracle for Mr Depp to actually win this case.

Did he have much to spend after Amber's freeloader friends and his Management team and lawyer stold from him? There is more than just a check to donate to charity. There is time too. Which is worse slipping in money or time, to charities without people knowing who donated, or promising money, they would depend on and then not send it, that may stop them from getting machines or treatments children would need? There MUST be consequences for perjury here or people are going to stop respecting what's left to respect of our legal system. It's interesting how Johnny's lawyers are incredibly clear, concise and to-the-point when speaking during these parts of the trial. Whereas Amber's team just mumble/ramble and repeat themselves over and over again just to fill time and conjure up excuses because they have no real case. Elaine is probably the WORST among them. Everyone in Johnny's team as well as people in the back usually have puzzled looks on their faces trying to keep up with her ramblings and attempts at BSing the jury.

This was one of the most disgusting parts of this trial ,she was going on talk shows saying she didn't care about the money she didn't want it and it wasn't about the money but yet she pocketed it and just told them that to make it look like it wasn't when it was .she had over a year to donate it and if you look up how much amber is worth she is worth $8million so 7 million of that is from the divorce settlement which means she only had 1 million which also means that 7 million was more than she has ever had and is apart of her worth .she had no intentions of ever donating that money point blank it doesn't matter how many sad faces she makes in court no one is buying it. Atleast I pray none of the jury buys it.....

I didn't believe the accusations, even though he had substance abuse problems for 2 reasons. 1 he had no other problems in the past and 2 during her accusations no one else came forward to say Me Too. With all the other people who were prosecuted and accused he wasn't. That says a lot in Hollywood. With what came out and lack of evidence, with people I have seen manipulate others, I couldn't believe she was believed with such a small amount of evidence.
