I’m coming 19 soon and I’m really into early 2000s PC games, I never experienced this era growing up but it’s still somehow weirdly nostalgic, looking at what was considered super graphically revolutionary back then, thank you for this! I played Snowblind for a bit. There was a cool spider drone mechanic. Occasionally your view would get jammed by Enemies and you would get static on the screen. You would become “Snowblind”

My local library has a ton of old gaming magazines, and sometimes they sell off extra copies. Many libraries do this so definitely worth checking out! Many of these mags are still entertaining to read whether it's for nostalgia, a glimpse into the industry of the past, or even as inspiration.
I love old video game magazines. I'd love to collect them, but it's too much to worry about, so I settled for collecting video game guides only and looking at scans of mags when I can.
