Somebody get this guy a course on reading the time! He got 8% charge in 2 hours on the biggest battery ever installed in a TRUCK, so just by using common sense you get an almost full battery if you charge a CAR over night, meaning minimum 10 hours of charge starting when you get home.
Do the math, it's pretty simple stuff. 400 mile range 15 miles an hour with a 30 amp breaker, that's If you drain it all the way down. Reaserch before you speak.
@@fbaltierrezI don't get why I've seen so many videos of it taking like atleast 5 days from 4% to fully charged....on a level one.. and like 50 hours on a level 2....so are r u saying thats not true friend?
@fbaltierrez correct me if im wrong, charging with a regular 5-15 outlet from 0 to 100 will literally take 6 days 5-20 outlet would take 4 days running a Hummer to near empty is not wise if you dont have a 60a charger at home or DCFC nearby if one were to come home at 8% with the edition 1 hummer and charged from 10pm to 6am (cheapest time to use electricity depending on state) it would only gain 126 miles or 44% and thats with a 14-50/6-50 outlet in the same time at a 14-30 outlet like the one in the video thats only 77 miles or 30% SOC a chargepoint flex would get you 168 miles or 56% SOC from 8% the max ac power it can take is 12kw if you dont have anything close to that at home or nearby its probably best not to buy this oversized prius
Only if you can not afford it. It is a toy for people with deeper pockets. It is not meant to save the environment and not meant for tree huggers. It is a fun truck and a blast to drive. I have a 2024 Hummer SUV and love it. I charge at home using FPL unlimited rate plan for $8 per week . I charger every night and leave the house with 80% energy, about 256 miles range. I charge at 17 Mile per hour. For longer trips I charge to 100% and get 320 miles range. It cost me $ 32 month on FPL plan. No brainer really to drive the coolest SUV on the planet.
Do the hummers show where the charging stations are. I have a Tesla now, I plan on getting the hummer ev in the future.
They do. However tesla is still the king of the charging network and the best user interface for now.
What the hell does over night mean to you
Depends on how many hours you sleep
Ikr 😂
HUMMERS ARE INEFFICIENT. THAT'S GM ENGINEERING.
That’s crazy
It's perfect.

It's just a 30 amp charger.....u know central air only uses 20 amps and the grid already can't support most heat waves
You mean the texass grid which is separate from neighboring states.
@@Stoptheweird and... Everyone can't borrow power from another state. Every state barely has enough for current loads
Bro this aint no drake this is Brake
Don't understand the comment
@@fbaltierrezhe’s saying u look like a dollar store version of drake lmao
Real range 10miles...
Not at all. Its almost a true mile for mile range for now
This truck is useless 😂😂

How’s that COAL POWERED Hummer working for ya. They shoulda thought this out better….lithium clean? Nah
Best vehicle ever!! Better than my tesla
@tomschmidt9923 It can be powered by dead baby chickens as long as I get instant acceleration and dont have to stop at a gas station.
