    Are you recommending 3 times rolled up and lowered down and 3 times rolled in a downward wrist position and lowered in an upward wrist position in each session? Essentially 6 sets?

      I actually call them double sets x 3 (so ya, 6 sets, 3 initiated in one direction and 3 initiated in the opposite direction). Good luck!

    Thank you so much for your video. I had wondered if the wrist roller could help rid me of the tennis elbow that quite honestly has ruined my life for the past 7yrs now. Being physically active has previously helped me with poor mental health but I have been unable to do it due to the terrible pains I've had for so, so long now. 26yrs ago I incorporated the wrist roller into my physio routine and I ended up getting tendons of steel. I've often wondered if I could rehab myself using it. Thank you once again for your information. I will try to implement it and I pray it will help me. Nothing in the past 7yrs has. 🙏
