    It would be useful to say what each of those stains were and why you need 3 stains.

      1 is “fixative”- mainly alcohol: fixes cellular material 2 is “eosin”- stains eosinophils (wbc) redish/orange and 3 is methylene blue which stains platelets other WBCs nucleic and granular cellular material.

      Generally, there are always three solutions that are needed. A fixative, a primary stain, and a counterstain

    I thought it would be better to place stains on the slides using a sampler instead of putting the slides into the stain containers directly.

    What is in the first stain?

      Probably a fixative (methanol or something along those lines) then into the eosin then methylene blue.

    How are you going to make a staining procedure video and not state what stain you’re placing the slide in?……
