Rio gave Agatha an extra six years with her son, considering the child wasn't going to survive past his own birth, which she didn't have to do. She gave the best that she could do, extra time. So yeah, I can see why she was so hurt by Agatha's hatred and rejection.

There's one small thing you might've missed - when Ghost Agatha says the song never meant anything, she's lying (to herself, as much as anyone else) - because of course it means something: she co-wrote it with her child. I think she's had a lot of practice repressing that meaningfulness, since she's spent centuries resignifying it as a con that gives her power, but the layer of mourning is still there deep underneath. In a way, Billy made real for her the fantasy that she had started constructing together with Nicholas so long ago, which I'm sure is part of why some of that maternal love undergoes transference onto Billy.

The big two potential future things (not spoilers, I don't know the comics) that I would've liked to get more hints to are:
    (1) What about William Kaplan? Many fans were speculating that Billy fully integrating both sets of memories would be the real "prize" for him at the end of the road. I think it will be a thing he seeks in the future, but so far the line "Am I William or am I Billy?" (which is such an obvious setup to answer, "both!") is our only clue, and that was all the way back in episode 7. Doesn't feel great for the rare Jewish character to just get forgotten and become a mere bodily vessel (plus, his poor parents! they miss him!), so they need to do more there.
    (2) Likewise: what's in store for Jen? I could see her keeping the witch-centric part of the story going, founding a new coven, imparting the right values, perhaps opposing Agatha if she still gets up to her old villainy as a ghost. And since the reductive view of the plot so far could be "ok so all these lesbians have been sacrificed for the sake of a man's story," it's nice if another outcome is "but at least those sacrifices (esp Lilia's) were also for a Black lesbian to start a new story." After all, Lilia said: Jen is "the way forward." But again, all we have is her wordlessly flying away, with no indication we'll get more of her.

I'm not sure the takeaway is that Agatha was just a serial killer. While Nicholas was alive, my guess is that she either had an explicit bargain to keep giving Rio bodies to keep him alive, or that it was implicit somehow, like she was distracting Rio with the bodies. After all, he dies the night they DON'T get the bodies (Nicholas declined the invite to the coven's house after his song - I think we can probably safely say that he was very uncomfortable with the idea of his mother killing women for his sake, even if he didn't understand it would immediately lead to his death).
And then I think we have to interpret her subsequent centuries of killing covens in light of the trauma of losing Nicholas - it's a very "this will break me if I let it so I have to harden my heart and lean in to my selfish side" kinda thing imo. Like I said, she also resignifies the song (from a living word game with him, to a con they played together, to a con she perfects on her own), which I'm sure is a way to make it hurt less.

Interesting thing about recording reactions, when editing you kind of watch the episode again, and I literally had that thought -- that the witches might have been a sort of payment to Death. I like the idea that they were a distraction, that's a cool idea, and I hope it's what they were going for. And then they become a distraction for herself...

Agatha is like a witch serial killer, she even has a modus operandi… I was gagged, she probably wiped out half of north american witches 🤨

Aaaand it's over! I am not sure where it is going to go but I have heard we sort of get Tommy through "Vision Quest"? Not sure though. Anyway, final reveal and roundup with a satifying'ish end AND a setup for more. Now they just ahve to follow through. Hopefully they do. Thanks for sharing LezbiNerdy. 😀 Also, couldn't wait until tomorrow I see. 😉

    WandaVision isn't a "One and Done "
They said WandaVision is a three part series. Agatha All Along, is the second installment, and Vision Quest, is the third and final segment.
We can assume that in the 3rd part Billy will find Tommy, and they go on a "Quest" to find their father "Vision".

Next week's gonna feel so boring now without Agatha or Vox. But this show has been sooo good!
