Dicky Palmer on Stage 1991

When I was doing stand-up comedy, I loved it when I'd open a show for Dicky Palmer who always hit me sideways, and I find myself I'm still quoting his materials -- lines I heard nearly 30 years ago. To this day I've never seen a comedian stop everything cold in the middle of a set. Just stop it cold, sit down, sip on a drink, and then stare at the audience and say "I'm on break."
