@@niks44 Yeh! Amazing how that works. I had a friend butt dial me ONCE in 20 years. When I noticed he'd called, it had gone to voice mail and I heard 3 minutes of him singing to a song on the car radio.
I had never heard that expression until I learned and started watching this trial.
This woman is the “classic bully” type. I hope kerry Roberts realizes that this woman is not her friend and she is using her to spin the narrative
Well it makes you wonder. Remember Karen was talking to an EMT and the EMt said something like “good thing you had your friend there” and Karen responded “have you met Kerry Robert’s?” My guess is Kerry was a gossiper and likes to stir the pot. Enjoyed the drama. I hate to say it but I’m guessing Kerry enjoyed the drama that this created.
I think Kerry wants to be one of the “cool” kids. I hope she sees the light!

Give me a break about not wanting your kids to see your texts messages! The way they all drink and drive… A few messages are the least of their kids “problems” this Albert/ McCabe family needs to get a grip… you are not and never will be above the law. Justice for John O’Keefe and peace for his family.

The prosecution is looking at the wrong person for the murder of this officer. I hope justice is served.
I think the point he was making is after they possibly murdered John they was calling his fone to locate it so they can place it on johns person when prepping to place him out on the lawn

Compare this to Friday when she was on direct ....the number of objections made were ....ZERO in the same length of time!!
Were they sustained or overuled , the objections don't matter unless you are being slammed with sustained over and over , it doesnt look good
@@steve10 She sustained the majority of them. Not quite as many as usual though ...normally it's 100% for Lally today perhaps 95%

Judge Cannone didn't categorize Jen McCabe as a hostile witness, but then she didn't need to based on this performance.
Cross its assumed witness is hostile. During direct examination is when witnesses are labeled hostile which allows to lawyers to ask leading questions. Cross examination you are automatically allowed to ask leading question.

It was very interesting to watch this testimony as it progressed. This sociopath actually thought she was scoring points and making herself look good early on when she was completely ignoring every question and just "answering" with an excuse for the answer she hadn't even provided yet or an irrelevant speech about harassment. She was literally smiling and smirking after every response.
She wasn't so snarky by the end of the day, and she sure as hell wasn't smiling. And she knows the line of questioning about her google search is yet to come.
This are the scariest friends anyone can have. Why did she want Karen go with her at the Waterfall? I hope this woman ends in jail. For conspiracy, perjury, obstruction, etc

The problem I have with this trial is that it should’ve never been a “murder,” trial. Ms. Read ran O’keefe over yes, but it was by accident not by intent. She was a bit tipsy, careless, but not murderous. Another problem I have is with the defense, by giving this convoluting story the defense has now admitted that it was or looks like murder thereby buying the prosecutor’s allegations of murder, just by a different perpetrator. So now we have a non- murder being tried as a murder.
