I need this so bad right now. My school is being visited by Ofsted (started today and they're with us tomorrow) and despite being exhausted I can't sleep for worry. I just need to relax and clean my mind off all things work related and rest. Just rest. And maybe get some sleep.
I like the videos and the Reiki content, use it just to relax some minutes, but I can't really use it for sleep because the general voice sound is too loud (when it's mixed with other videos).
With this specific video UA-cam keepsxputting an ad at yhecend and waking me up. Makes me want to quit UA-cam altogether. Do you know why it isnt at thecbeginning?
