I’ve just switched from a Vauxhall Insignia to a 17 plate Qashqai. The one thing that irks me about cruise control on the qashqai is that the cruise control switches off when you turn off the engine, so you have to switch it back on again when continuing your journey. My insignia would stay on all the time until I set it.
Hi since having my 2016 dci tekna I’ve not been able to use cruise control at all. I can use limiter just not cc. Also when I turn my lights to auto they do not work and the background light of my air control unit go off. I’ve bought a whole new squib unit but was wondering if u think this may be the issue
Minimum speed for c/c to work appears to be 25mph which is not as good as my 2010 Renault Scenic. That worked from 20 mph which I used a lot in the school areas with a 20 mph limit.
i'm looking for a setting to turn on the cruise control always on, so even after the engine is turned off and turned back on the cruise control is on again (without previous speed configured). Is that possible?
Hi Dan another great video love all your videos but can I ask .. have you done a video on the self parking on the tekna apologises if you have already done 1 ive had 2 qashqai's teknas and its the only bit of the qashqai that I haven't tried many thanks and keep up the good work 👍

I’m looking at buying a car in a few months time that has cruise control so just currently watching videos on how to use cruise control 😁 woule make my life so much easier on the 23 mile commute to work I mean my Micra is so uncomfortable to drive

Nissan released a fix free of charge. Be warned that dealers will try and charge you for this so contact Nissan UK customer services first, they'll give you an authorisation code to go to the dealer with.
Hey Quashqai Guy, I have been following your channel from some time now and I do like your videos. My question with the cruise control is: does 2015 QQ have adaptive cruise control? Or just cruise control? Thanks.
Thanks mate. 2015 will be just standard cruise control. You can always tell by there being a square cut out of the lower grill as that's where the adaptive cruise control sensor would be

I am not able to search eir codes in the satnav. Is that normal? Or could have been an issue? Sorry if it is not appropriate to ask here. Thanks.

Yeah cruise control is great. The newer models have enhanced system where it'll match other cars on motorways which is really useful

Use the left arrows on steering wheel to cycle through the different screens

My 17 plate doesn’t work like that, if hold don’t jump 5 miles
How can I see the digital speedometer on 2021 Qashqai? It only shows me the average speed... :(

Ok, go to settings, display settings, contents selection, then speed. Make sure it has the tick on it
Actually I never used it, I like control the speed on my own
