being able to stack these sideways so you have 4 or 5 meters wide would be PERFECT for showing councils and local authorities that there is a desire for a skatepark! A company could tour these, have loads of skaters turn up, and we could convince the UK to have more skateparks!
I slammed in a bowl just like you slammed on this inflatable, about 3 years ago. Broke my shoulder blade, hurt A LOT for over a year. I'm older than you, btw. This concept is brilliant, even better when adding in the impact absorption. I have a design in mind that would allow infinite expansion of this ramp, with almost no modifications. Pretty cool 😎
I built a perfect half pipe, put a lot of time into it. I was about 15y.o and had got into trouble for something. I came home to find my ramp cut into peices. Thanks dad. I never even got to ride it once. Had coping and all.
🧢 (cap) as the kids say. In what word is a perfect mini ramp built and not IMMEDIATELY tested?? You may have lost your ramp but not getting to ride it is on you old timer!!!
That's a really good idea, the flatbottom is a smidge long looking though. Seems a lot more durable than you'd think, I'm surprised it can withstand an adult.
There was a time learning meant only the best made it. This stuff is great as long as we keep that in mind and keep egos in check. Too many starters get cocky without getting strong through hard lessons and it ends in catastrophic failure.
Been skateboarding 20 years and I have to say this is the coolest thing I have seen in a long time I wonder how big the ramp can be with the air bag technology
Yeah it’s a good question? I recon you could easily get a 4 to 5 footer? A 10ft Vert ramp would be the sweet spot, I recon I could actually learn a few tricks then 😂
Surprising that it seems to work so well, I woulda thunk that it would be too mushy. The wooden ramps that we built as kids usually started out ok but got way too soft over time, soaked up all your speed.
Sick idea ! Also great for mobile lessons ! Just wonder if the flat part it's not too long relating to the height, you seemed to struggle a bit to keep the speed after a couple of tricks.
Hey dude, it’s relatively low volume compared to a castle and it’s also super air tight unlike a castle. So no need for a compressor, I recon attaching one regardless of the heaviness of the session would result in it blowing up?!
Inflatable megaramps 😂 Seriously whoever is the business owner etc should come chat with me and i would support this idea however i can. I'm trying to build a skatepark in Worcester uk and like the other person said this could be good to join together and show councils etc we should build more skateparks. I'm starting to believe that the only way you can have skateparks without fighting and stabbings they have to be an indoor run business which is sad because there's not that much support. My plan is to become rich and put towers in different cities that have all shops, swimming pools, gym's and skateparks for specific age groups or mixed etc.
Yeah not sure? I believe there are quite a few options and they are made in the US so the exchange rate and shipping varies, best contact the lads via the website?
@@JonBishopSkate i live in USA. Website is just poorly done. You have to request a price via email, when they could've just put the prices on it to begin with. Thanks for showing this. Rad🤙

Top idea !!
That’s the dragon’s den pitch.
That would solve the problems, you know, all of them.
Yeah I think that could be helpful. I'm going to try and build a skatepark in Worcester
@@Hdtjdjbszh you could put your balls on them and it would be soooo awesome bro 😁
love the idea they need to make wider ramps though
Crazy skinny man.
This is so innovative and realistic it's brilliant!
best skate ramp invention in a long time, i wish i had one growing up . i never even go to try a quarter pipe until i was 20
Dude in all seriousness! You are really good at skating. 30 years skating and I can’t do what you do in the ramp. Always been to scared lol
That is so sick I am excited to see so much innovation into skateboparding. Let's get this company going and into the US please.

That's pretty cool! Crazy seeing it floating in the middle of water. Also a double version with a spine would be really fun!
Wow, just when you thought you've seen it all before, great design concept 👍
This is so cool you got to try this. It looks like it would be great for slams

Poor guy, dad is lame for that

Facts. when i was like 15 me and the boys built a small half pipe in the woods so we could still skate when we were grounded lmao@@teamconspiracy
*I know what you got in trouble for...* you got in trouble for using your fathers wood/lumber for a half-pipe. 😂
How did you not skate it once? I've built half a dozen ramps in my life and all were skated before they were complete. Fact.
Great halfpipe. Such an amazing creation.
Half pipes have vertical sides….as in a pipe that’s been cut clean in half. This is not a half pipe 👍🏻
That's a really good idea, the flatbottom is a smidge long looking though. Seems a lot more durable than you'd think, I'm surprised it can withstand an adult.
Genius idea!!!
That's actually pretty sick
Awww mate that hang up at the start ouch 😂❤
They are really onto something here, I can see this taking off big time
Great idea.

The guys at Skate It Yourself have one as well - they're amazing :-)
thats sick!

This is fxcking awesome, I want one ❤❤❤
This is kind of a cool idea.
Brilliant!
WoW....thats Irie !
These are great.
Awesome!
this looks very friendly to us 50-year-old and over skaters.
Wish they had something like that when I was a kid!! Very cool idea!!🛹😀👍
Wow I didn't even know these existed!
Surprising that it seems to work so well, I woulda thunk that it would be too mushy. The wooden ramps that we built as kids usually started out ok but got way too soft over time, soaked up all your speed.
Wakeboarding course would be sick
Sick idea ! Also great for mobile lessons ! Just wonder if the flat part it's not too long relating to the height, you seemed to struggle a bit to keep the speed after a couple of tricks.
This would be really great for a vert ramp!!
Yeah, I could do with a bouncy castle vert to practice on for sure !!
Wowsers i want 1
in paper you could actually fill with sand or super liquidy fast seting cement in it to make it perminant
reminds me of the time we covered a guy in bubble wrap and made him drop in.
🔥 🔥 🔥
Bouncy castle vibes
an excellent idea for renting for parties etc.
Cool idea. Could you hook this to a compressor, so it keeps infalted during a "heavy" session? Kinda like a jumping castle?
Hey dude, it’s relatively low volume compared to a castle and it’s also super air tight unlike a castle. So no need for a compressor, I recon attaching one regardless of the heaviness of the session would result in it blowing up?!
This is cool!!
amazing idea! so its 4ft wide, how high is it?
I want to see some Ollie’s or flip tricks thrown down on it
It would be a good to place to do those for sure !
I wanna see someone skate it in the lake
I'd love to know the price of them they're website doesn't say you have to contact them looks awesome
