If you could cut the front sight off the m4 it would be a tier. Super easy to find, easy to find ammo, lots of rails, fast fire rate, not a super long barrel so it's nice for close range and it accepts drums
As-Val caliber was designed to penetrate armor. Just because you see the 9 at the front don’t underestimate the caliber. I’m not sure as far as tabor goes for realism tho so in that regard you most definitely could have been correct! Love the content!
5.45 and also 5.56 are better at armor penetration then a 7.62/308 round (irl anyway). The USSR specifically made 5.45 for better armor penetration then the standard 7.62 at the time
@@OutlawK20that's a bit wrong. The reason for the switch to 5.45 wasn't armor pen, it's was muzzle velocity, effective distance, and overall weight. While true the modern loading used in 5.45 were better than 7.62, modern 7.62 rounds still can penetrate about the same to a certain extent. The biggest problem with 7.62 is the fast drop off due to how little powder they can get in that cartridge.
You can put an ak sight rail on the L80’s front rail and use it as a riser to use a scope. I’ve done it and it works great. I also find it funny that he doesn’t realize 9x39 is bigger than 7.62x39

@@bond1626 Not really, the 9x39 is literally a 7.62 case widened to fit a 9mm bullet (Same diameter as 9x19 but a lot longer and heavier). The reason it has lower recoil than 7.62x39 is because it's subsonic (so it works best with the integral suppressor), it's really moving at about the same speed as a .45 ACP. So even though it's bigger and heavier it's got a lot less power behind it, so it has less recoil :) (PS I know too much info about irl guns lol)
I argue with the placement of the sks just cause it’s unlockable immediately and 7.62x39 is just hell of a round, and that its iron sights aren’t even bad so it’s usable on island
people not knowing that you can make the famas full auto (which shreds through armor as good if not better than an Ak alfa and close to the boss sks) makes me sad and mad
Mac-10 is such a good Silo-rat gun. I’ve killed double duos ratting with a Mac-10 + spare mags (sitting on the desk to the left in Office that’s concealed by the wood barrier and waiting for them to push)
The Aug is my just for fun gun, and the Famas has an insane rate of fire, it’s easy to point fire and maneuver, and is actually pretty fun to use. Neither are my first choice but I have played many rounds with the Aug and it’s a blast

The ak74 and 74u are higher ranked for me but not much higher, I definitely see your point and semi agree but they both have high rate of fire and are VERY cheap to purchase making these weapons highly accessible kind like real life. The Glock ad 5.7 are A-S just for accessibility and the ability for lasers/flashlights doesn't do them wrong with almost no recoil. Other than these I think I agree with everything else.
M16 is A tier for the sole reason that if you find one with no gear you can dish out some pretty good damage even without an optic, it’s basically an M4. (Yes the iron sights suck just be better)
I had a luty on a naked run and I killed a guy who was kitted(he had tier 4 armor and helmet) out with the luty you have to admit the luty has that clutch
I like that everyone has their favorite gun , it would be dope if/when they open that crafting room , you’d be able to customize your guns with not just colors but like customizing them down to like being able to draw on them and take them in raid
9x39 isnt a pistol round, its actually bigger than a 7.62x39. All that was done to make the 9x39 was neck up the cartridge to fit a 9mm cal bullet, and a big one at that. The heavier weight from the same powder charge carries the same energy as a 7.62, but its subsonic, therefore lower penetration.
I have killed then entire krtek bot boss squad with one drum mag leaded stoner 63 I got on the second day of playing this game. That gun is immortalized in my mind as an A tier gun. I wish you could put more than a silencer on it though 😔
Glock deserves A tier, when I’m in a pinch it’s always helped me, even helped me kill boss when I ran out of ammo, I even find myself killing guards with it since they have no face protection and can get put down with ease, glock needs more respect 😤
The L85A2 needs to be updated as in the carrying handle I’m in the military and we don’t use that we have actual sights on it instead of the crap handle
this is false, unless the stats on the wiki are fake. Statistically in terms of dps the m4 outclasses most of the assault rifles. I would also say putting VSS and AS VAL outside of S tier when they have the best DPS outside of the 7.62 x 51 ARs is unfair given that it's based off how obtainable the mags are and all the guns in S tier are locked behind high trader levels and/or high prices. Also worth noting boss guards will always spawn with VSS 30 rounders if the have the gun (from what I've seen).
Any last update of ghosts of Tabor Quest the M16 became insanely overpowered I can destroy people easily with the M16 even with the Enemy with level 3 armor somehow I could still destroy him so I think it got better in the last update and oh yeah I agree with most of the guns by him and keep up the good work

It's a crap weapon. 9x18mm tracer damage is a bug or oversight. Luckily another bug prevents speed loading bizon mag. You would have ak74 damage in a smg package. SG552 values need to be redone. They are way off from similar guns.

Should be accurate. How are judging them? 7.62x51mm is a full size cartridge while the rest are intermediate cartridges. It should out damage the rest. Galil is arguably better than M4 except in very close range when you need the ROF. The two 9x39mm are underrated by the community when looking at the numbers. Good damage. Good ROF. 1 rail on VSS and 4 rails on AS VAL. Good penetration. M4 and Galil are meta because they are cheap, have many rails, have high capacity mags available, easy to manage recoil with a foregrip, and are often dropped or found in crates as loot. @@kmn9568

Haven't played much so don't have much experience, but so far it seems if you can get within pistol range with the MAC-10, it fires so incredibly fast it just straight up deletes whatever is in front of you lol
the mp40 is only good for starting the smg missions on a naked run if you found one i buy them st just to run to silo and texas relode them after rushing a spawn. a meme gun like the looty but more control and amo so you can suprise kited players and sprey them blind around a corner to get theyre stuf overall low D bc it is also decend quiet for a smg

I think the Glock needs a better rating being it has drum mags and a bottom rail for lasers and lights (or fore-grips for a meme build)
Also. the regular 30 round 9mm vector magazines fit, so you could opt for a less rare/expensive extebded mag for your glock.
