I learned this back when I was in junior high an it easily won me a few matches if you sit on that ankle right it’s over from the beginning great job showing an explanation
@@bennytran3302 Yes, I believe alot of so called jiu jitsu techniques came from earlier submission wrestling such as Greek Pankration, UK/USA Catch Wrestling & Chinese Chin Na Fa. Juno Kano learned from the Chinese & his students competed against Catch Wrestlers which he forbid but Mitsuyo Maeda joined the Circus with the Catch Wrestlers & that's how jiu jitsu got to Brazil
if anyone does it like HE did, it is super easy to counter bc he barely had the leg laced and his forearm was wrapped around his neck. its supposed to be on the back of his neck nc i can promise that in a real match, the person's neck will be steinger than ur forearm.

Nice.
I gained utmost respect for Jason especially his channel, THE GRIND.
It's a Darce choke. Good video. I've been looking for a instructional video that teaches all the Nelson moves
3/4 Nelson has been around for a long time. Darce choke came about in the early 2000s with MMA.

It's a common setup for a darce, but it's not a darce. The grip is different for a darce.

Flatten out immediately. If not i have seen people counter by straighten legs ass up high and pop out. That was when the far arm came under not over.
